Grabbing techniques evolved from the national martial arts technique, which is what we call "the muscle-dividing and bone-miscible hands". In the traditional Han martial arts, there is a grappling and falling skills in each sect of martial arts, but these skills are generally divided into two parts: Tai Chi clapping hands and Shaolin martial arts clapping hands.
