424. Great leadership (1/5)

This seminar was led by Hongyang Fisheries Bureau, supported by Hongyang Municipal Government, and held in conjunction with various districts and counties in the jurisdiction. It is quite large in scale, clear in topics, and is highly valued.

The minutes show that this is a short-term training, and the leaders of the Fisheries Bureau hired senior experts from the National Oceanic University to teach marine and fishery courses to everyone.

In other words, this seminar was not the kind of notification that Ao Muyang thought, and then everyone came to eat and drink, but was just about learning knowledge.

This course is relatively complex, including marine resources and environmental protection, marine fishery economy, fishery production and proliferation, aquatic market and processing trade, as well as the current situation and development trends of fishery development in my country.

At nine o'clock in the morning, the leaders came to the seat and the director of the Fisheries Bureau personally served as the host.

The leader of the Hongyang Fisheries Bureau is named Dai Zongxi. He is short and fat. He always smiles and looks like a smiling tiger. But in fact he is a capable person. Since he took office, he has been focusing on marine environmental protection and fishery resource protection and never fears offending people.

Holding the microphone, Dai Zong smiled and said happily: "Before the meeting officially begins, I will say a few off-topic words. Our seminar will be held every year. This year, there are many new comrades participating. It's very good. This shows that our team is constantly expanding, it's very good."

After pausing, he said: "Maybe new comrades don't know. Last year, our seminar invited the joint research center for the development of marine science and the Academy of Marine Science in South Goryeo. At that time, we studied the national marine ranch project, the resource and environmental improvement of marine ranch resources and environmental improvements, the implementation and current status of marine ranchs on the west coast of Goryeo, the management of marine ranchs, the seedling cultivation and release tracking of marine ranchs, etc. The old comrades must have learned it. I wonder how much do you still remember?"

There were applause from the audience, and this series was read out of the manuscript. Just from these topics, we can see that the director has put hard work on his work.

Listening to the applause, Dai Zongxi's face was not proud. He pressed his right hand down to signal everyone to be quiet and said, "It's not time to applaud, don't worry, there are some links that require you to applaud later. Look, there are many leaders and experts behind me who want to speak..."

There was a laughter at the scene, and Dai Zongxi said again: "This seminar will issue a notice first, which is the most restricted fishing period notice starting next month, and it is also about learning. I know some comrades don't agree, but this time there is a lot of practical information. I hope everyone can grasp it well. If you miss this village, you will have to wait until you come to this village again next year..."

It was laughing again, and Ao Muyang laughed too. He thought the director was really good.

"Okay, I won't say much. I'll leave it to our experts and teachers. But I'll give it a brief introduction first. This time we will learn together about the healthy and sustainable development of my country's marine aquaculture and fishery industry, coastal environment, aquaculture, diversified seawater aquaculture capacity evaluation, environmental management of cage aquaculture, and the current development and construction of artificial reefs in China. This is mainly about this knowledge, and it is also what everyone must come into contact with when developing."

After Dai Zongxi finished speaking, he bowed gently, then stepped down from the stage and walked to the last row amidst applause, opened his notebook and seemed to listen carefully.

Other leaders and experts came to the stage to speak later, but Ao Muyang felt that his level was not as good as Dai Zongxi. The experts were knowledgeable, but the speech was a bit boring.

Fortunately, he is young, energetic and curious, and he feels that having such opportunities to study is good.

But most village party secretaries did not have such an idea. Knowledge went in from their left ear and then out from their right ear, and they were waiting for the luncheon meal one by one.

The lunch was very rich. The hotel prepared Chinese and Western food, fruits and drinks, but there was no alcohol, which made many cadres who were happy without alcohol.

Of course, Dai Zongxi and the city leaders suppressed them, and they would not dare to show it even if they were unhappy.

Ao Muyang has no acquaintances here, so he found a place to have a quiet meal.

As a result, Dai Zongxi sat next to him and started chatting with him.

Dai Zongxi was very busy and tired today. He sat down and did not see the heroes with a keen eye. He saw that Ao Muyang was a talent, but he was in the scene, and the whole audience kept contacting the village party secretary.

However, after all, he has the capital to be young. Dai Zongxi and Ao Muyang chatted with each other for the longest time, for more than ten minutes. In many other places, he sat down and chatted for a few words before leaving.

Before leaving, Dai Zong smiled and said, "Xiao Ao is good and has insights. To be honest, I had some opinions about Longtou Village before. When the people in your village used crayfish as big lobster seedlings, I supervised it myself."

When talking about this, Ao Muyang could only smile bitterly.

When he just returned to Hongyang to go to the catch pier to sell big lobsters, he was humiliated by people from Wangjia Village using this incident.

Seeing Ao Muyang's face showing helplessness, Dai Zongxi patted his shoulder and said, "The past is over. Focus on the moment. I am not embarrassing you. Xiao Ao, don't get me wrong. I just want to explain that I am much more relieved with you leading your village now!"

Ao Muyang said politely: "Dai Jue praised me. I will definitely work hard to be a good village cadre in the future, and strive to lead our village to make good use of it and protect the ocean, a treasure house."

Dai Zongxi mentioned that crayfish was not a bad thing, it reminded Ao Muyang of something he had never paid attention to.

That is the stall problem in the dock market.

The wharf market is the largest seafood market in Hongyang. Countless citizens come to the market to purchase every day. It is also the kitchen basket of most hotels in the city.

The market area is so large, there are so many stalls, and the value is worth every inch of land.

As far as Ao Muyang knows, in order to help each fishing village get rich, the Fisheries Bureau has contacted urban management, industry and commerce and other departments to manage the market and divided the stalls, including at least one stall in each fishing village.

After the crayfish scandal broke out in Longtou Village, in addition to the relevant responsible persons accepting legal sanctions, the stalls in the village were also taken back by the market management.

This has a great impact on the village's fiscal revenue. There is a stall in the dock seafood market, and the daily turnover alone can reach a high of 100,000 yuan!

Longtou Village has no money in recent years, which is also related to the deprivation of market stalls.

Ao Muyang immediately brought up the matter: "Daiju, I admit that our village has made a mistake, but we can't beat people up in one fell swoop, and we can't give us a chance to correct our mistakes, right?"

Dai Zongxi wondered: "Why did you say this? Except for the person who was responsible for you, we did not wear you shoes later."

Since he said that, Ao Muyang mentioned that the stall was taken back and asked: "Can we return the stall to our village?"
