Performance Art
I write poetry for you, through what separates us.-Cheslav Mivosh
An old man who was grazing sheep found a pile of soil near a viaduct on the Jingha Expressway. The soil was fresh in color. It was obvious that someone buried something here. The old man was very curious and went home to dig it with a shovel, and his granddaughter also followed him. He dug it half a meter deep, and something strange appeared in the soil. This thing looked like a stone, with a not very hard texture, yellowish color, and white.
The little granddaughter asked: Grandpa, what is this?
The old man was knowledgeable and thought to himself, could this be the folk legend of Tai Sui?
The two grandparents and grandchildren squatted down. The old man wiped the soil adhered to the "stone" with his hands. He vaguely saw something inside. After wiping the surface clean, the old man finally saw it clearly. He was so scared that he sat on the ground, then pulled up his granddaughter's hand and ran away.
The little granddaughter also saw it. She cried and was so scared that she ran and peed, her skirt was soaked.
Chapter 11 Amber Body
When we went out to travel, we could find a suitable place to bury the body in a remote place just by carefully observing it.
We just don't know what kind of corpse is buried underneath.
In August 2011, a buried child corpse was found under the viaduct near Shuengzhuang Town, Tongzhou District, Yanjing City. What is strange is that the child corpse was sealed in a resin with high transparency, looking like a large amber. Tongzhou police received a report and cleaned the amber. It can be seen that although amber is artificially synthesized, the craftsmanship is very high, with a crystal clear appearance and smooth like brown glass. The amber wrapped around a little boy, which was only about one year old, and was the age of toddler learning to babble. She was wearing a white double-breasted jacket, shorts with a crotch, and a pair of new sandals with cartoon patterns on her feet.
The child corpse in the amber is curled up, his eyes are slightly closed, his face is swollen, and his hands are half clenched into a fist.
A forensic doctor only observed with his naked eyes and determined that the little boy died of his murder.
Deputy Secretary Huang of the Party Committee of Tongzhou Branch asked: There is no autopsy yet, are you sure?
The forensic doctor said: You can't be wrong, this boy was strangled to death.
Stripping is a professional term for forensic medicine called strangulation. Stripping is a homicide, and occasionally accidentally injured and died.
Through the light yellow amber, you can clearly see that there are obvious crescent-shaped nail marks on the neck of the child corpse, a strangle mark on the right side of the neck, and four strangle marks on the left side of the neck. Any forensic doctor can determine that this is a child strangled by the murderer with his right hand. Stangle death is often seen in cases such as infanticide, rape and robbery. Stangle death is a very common method of killing. Forensic doctors usually come into contact with a large number of strangle death cases.
The murderer strangled the boy to death, made it into amber, and buried it underground. This case was too bizarre and terrifying. Although the police took confidential measures, the news leaked out and had a bad impact on society.
Deputy Secretary Huang of Tongzhou Public Security Bureau reported to the Ministry of Public Security urgently, and the special case team drove over. Professor Liang instructed the Tongzhou police on the phone not to act rashly and not to conduct autopsy first. The special case team wanted to see this rare amber of children's corpse with their own eyes.
Deputy Secretary Huang presided over the meeting. There was a pot of plants in the middle of the multimedia conference room, but now it was replaced with a square glass table. The amber of children's corpse was placed on the glass table. Everyone sat around and talked a lot. It was the first time that the four members of the special case team saw such a strange Dong.
West.
Professor Liang looked at it for a long time and said: There have been some cases of cement sealing corpses in China, and there are also cases where the murderer sealed the corpses with wax. It is the first case to make amber.
Bao Zhan said: There was a case of plaster corpse hiding in Shenzhen. Two murderers robbed and killed a boss, sealed the body into a plaster statue with plaster, and threw it into the river.
Su Mei said: I remembered a movie, the Horror Wax Museum.
Deputy Secretary Huang said: We have horror wax figures here, too. You may see them at the art exhibition in a few days.
Su Mei said: This amber child corpse looks like a work of art.
Bao Zhan said: Crafts made from corpses are usually used for sale or exhibition, so why are they buried?
Professor Liang said: According to common sense, it may be that his relatives killed the boy and made it into amber to preserve the body.
Deputy Secretary Huang said: The delivery house near the crime scene almost brings together artists from all over the country, and the case should not be that simple.
The forensic doctor said: The corpse has not been treated with antiseptic treatment, amber cannot preserve the child's corpse, and sealing it can only delay the corpse's decay.
Bao Zhan said: The murderer either killed his own child or someone else's child. If it was someone else's child, it would be terrible. Maybe it was a little boy who was casually kidnapped from the street.
Hualong asked: What's going on with the artist?
Professor Liang smiled and said: You are ignorant.
Deputy Secretary Huang introduced the situation of sending the village. The sending the village is located in the countryside, but it is only a few dozen kilometers away from the city.
If you get up at six o'clock in the morning, smell the fresh air of the village, hum a small song, walk on the countryside tree-lined avenues, enjoy the 70 acres of sunflowers planted on both sides of the road, and then take the bus, you can reach the bustling Yanjing city in less than an hour.
In 1990, the Loudouqiao area near the Old Summer Palace gathered a group of old domestic wandering artists, including many famous painters who are currently famous at home and abroad. At that time, they had an identity called "Blind Lift". These ideal people lived near the Old Summer Palace, and used this as a base for creation and life, and gradually became a cultural symbol.
In early 1994, the "Yuanmingyuan Painter Village" was forced to disband from its peak. Artists moved away from the hustle and bustle of the city to Shuengzhuang. More and more artists came in. With the strong support of the local government, Shuengzhuang's artistic talents gathered, and it has formed the largest and most well-known artist community in China.
This is a cultural holy place for artists who have moved to Beijing, and together with the 798 Art District, it becomes a landmark of the spiritual road.
The forensic doctor used an electric drill and a hammer to dissect the child's body. The subcutaneous soft tissue of the child's neck was bleeding and the muscle and bone damage was obvious, which further confirmed the cause of the one-year-old boy's death - being strangled to death, and the death time was about a week.
There was a sticker sticker on the navel of the child corpse, and no fingerprints were found on it. The murderer should have been wearing gloves. The size of the sticker is equivalent to half of the fingers being straightened and closed. There is a sentence written by a carbon pen on it:
When I rot into feces, my words were still vivid!
Deputy Secretary Huang said: This sentence should be left by the murderer. What does it mean?
Professor Liang said: Obviously, the murderer wants to be immortal and wants to leave something forever in this world.
Su Mei said: Amber is usually older than 15 million years old.
Hualong said: This artificially synthesized fake amber
How long can Perse be kept?
Bao Zhan said: It will take hundreds of years to degrade a plastic bag in the soil. Synthetic resin is a polymer synthetic artificially synthesized. The most important application is to make plastic. If buried in the soil, it is estimated that it will not rot in thousands of years.
The Special Case Team and Deputy Secretary Huang tend to think that the amber boy's corpse is a work of art, or rather, a work of performance art.
In recent years, performance art has become a trend of bloody, brutal, obscene and offensive, and perverted tendency. Many performance art uses animal and human corpses as materials, and the visual effect is jaw-dropping, so that some viewers vomit on the spot.
In 2002, a performance artist married a mule.
In 2003, a performance artist tied himself up on the beam of the house with iron chains. With the help of a doctor, blood from his body dripped into the heated plate, and people watched his blood boil, burn and evaporate.
There is also a performance artist who ate a baby and took photos with a camera to record the entire creepy process.
These horrifying and incomprehensible performance arts all happened in China, causing shock and criticism from public opinion. The Ministry of Culture issued a notice prohibiting performance arts in various places that are performing or displaying bloody, brutal and obscene scenes.
As an artistic group, in addition to many painters, there are also sculptors and performance artists.
Deputy Secretary Huang introduced that the number of professional artists engaged in performance art creation is about 100, and it is a loose group. Most artists are from strata painting, and there are also a few musicians engaged in underground rock.
Professor Liang deployed and arranged work and founding the source of the corpse is the focus of solving the unknown corpse case.
The Tongzhou police immediately issued a joint investigation notice to the branches, and the police stations and police departments under their jurisdiction counted the list of one-year-old boys who had recently disappeared, compared them with the deceased, and asked the family to identify them.
The special case team entered the village to survey the personnel engaged in performance art one by one, focusing on finding molds and raw materials for making artificial amber.
The village was a remote village ten years ago, but now it is full of restaurants and even commercial streets. The decoration styles of roadside shops are different, exuding artistic atmosphere. You can also see many foreigners with cameras on the street.
Deputy Secretary Huang led a team of criminal police officers and the special case team to drive to the Shuaizhuang. As soon as he arrived at the Shuaizhuang police station, a bald man broke in. He took out a pair of handcuffs and handcuffed himself, yelling to see the leader.
The bald man shouted: I want to meet the biggest official here.
Deputy Secretary Huang asked the person in charge of the police station in confusion: Is this person a thief?
The police officer in charge said: It was not our arrest, but he saw that the handcuffs were handcuffed by himself.
Su Mei asked: What does this person want to do? Do you want to report the case?
Hualong warned: Don’t make trouble.
The bald man said: I won’t report the case, I will surrender myself.
Professor Liang asked: What did you do?
The bald man said: I know you dug out an amber under the bridge, and I want to talk to the leader.
Deputy Secretary Huang pointed at Professor Liang and said: This is the leader of the special case team and he has the highest position.
Professor Liang said: You are indeed very sincere. You have put on the handcuffs by yourself, so tell me.
