334 Extra Story: Infectious Power (Free)

As a military fan, Cheng Xiaoyuan was influenced by "Soldier Assault", and his own love for the military camp was included. As a professional film critic, Sima Jian was not a military fan or a TV drama critic, but he rarely changed his usual style. After watching the complete TV series, he wrote a review for this TV series.

[Everyone who is familiar with me knows that I never write reviews for TV series, not because I don’t like it, but because TV series is too long, I don’t have the patience to keep following it, nor can I analyze the plot of each episode to give my true inner evaluation.

However, today I made an exception. Although I broke my habits, I did not have the shame and embarrassment of slapping the face, but instead felt a little proud.

"Soldier Assault" is the most realistic military-themed film and television I have ever seen so far, no one. (Bold, black!)

The process of watching this drama is very dramatic. First of all, this drama was broadcast on June 30, and I only saw this drama for the first time on July 2.

The reason is that I don’t have much patience to watch the drama. This drama was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Many netizens should have heard of his name, Kong Ergou, the author of "The Past of Northeast China". (Later I learned that this kid joined the job this year, and the drama Prancing is the publisher of the drama "Soldier Assault".)

"If you don't look at it, you will definitely regret it..." This is a harsh sentence that Kong Ergou left me after being despised by me again.

Originally, I wanted to give myself the opportunity to slap this guy in the face, on July 2, I started to lock in Tomato TV from episode 5 to watch this TV series he blew into the sky.

The first thing I saw was Wang Baoqiang, an actor who played Shagen in "The World Without Thieves". At that moment, I felt a little out of the scene. I still looked honest and simple, and still had a strong Jibei dialect accent. I felt that Shagen brought money back to his hometown and then joined the army.

The characters I saw then were not as powerful as traditional military dramas, but rather a group of decadent soldiers, smoking, playing cards, writing novels to pass the time. Even the squad leader Lao Ma looked like he couldn't get up.

Isn’t this drama a story of recruits joining the army? How do you slander our army like this? Or is it a deliberate increase in hardship for the protagonist of this story?

I probably thought this way, and I was probably going the original military drama route, but I just changed the original second-generation official into a grassroots soldier.

This was my first impression. At that time, I had a prediction in my mind: it would take a short time for a female health worker or propagandist to appear, and then some small ambiguous relationship between the two, and then another rich second-generation or second-generation official soldier came to interfere in their love, and had an extremely bloody love triangle relationship. (By the way, the Chengcai played by Qin Yu, or the arrogant second-generation official Gao Cheng, should be such a villain.)

However, the fact slapped me in the face again. This time I felt refreshed and convinced me.

Because they did not develop according to the routine I had presupposed in my mind. Xu Sanduo is an ordinary soldier, with some persistence and some simple ordinary soldier.

But Xu Sanduo kept in mind what his father taught him: Living well means doing meaningful things, and meaningful things means living well.

So when Grassland Class 5 had given up and was about to be a salted fish, he was still preparing to do something meaningful and build the road that had been stuck in the story of Lao Ma. He worked hard through his own beliefs, and the spirit of not giving up and not giving up infected everyone around him.

I admit that I was moved by this persistent spirit. In order to further understand the whole story outline, I specially found the first few episodes. (I would like to complain about Tomato TV here. The opening shouldn’t be added with advertisements. It was a waste of such a majestic opening song.)

This drama has a total of 30 episodes, which is not conspicuous in domestic films and TV series that currently have 40 or 50 episodes. And unlike those drooling dramas that love to die, the plot of this drama is not slow.

From new recruits to veterans, from Steel Seventh Company to Old A, from a recognized bad soldier to an outstanding special forces member, the development of the whole story is just right, making people unable to stop.

However, what really touched me was the characters that appeared in this drama, which gave me the urge to write this drama review.

This drama shows the real life of the army from the perspective of Xu Sanduo, but after watching the whole drama, you will find that no one in the play is a supporting role. They do not exist for Xu Sanduo. Whether it is Chengcai, Shi Jin, Lao Ma, Wu Liuyi, Bai Tiejun, Gao Cheng, Yuan Lang, Wu Zhe... each of them seems to appear in this drama. Even without the protagonist Xu Sanduo, these characters still have the meaning of his existence.

This is very realistic and in line with reality. Each character shows it very naturally. Their attitude towards Xu Sanduo only depends on the environment and what he does.

In fact, every character in this drama can write a drama review. I will continue to improve them when I have time. Today, let’s mainly talk about the protagonist Xu Sanduo, who has been paid the most attention by the majority of movie fans.

Many movie fans say that in reality, there will be no soldiers like Xu Sanduo, because when recruiting troops, they will definitely not recruit such soldiers when they encounter them. Most of the troops should be soldiers like Bai Iron Army, Wu Liuyi, Li Meng, Xue Lin, Gan Xiaoning, and Ma Xiaoshuai.

In fact, the director has already told the audience very clearly in the story. In the play, Li Meng once said: "There are not many such classes in the country." Similarly, there are not many soldiers like Xu Sanduo in the entire army.

Why did he choose a clumsy soldier like Xu Sanduo as the protagonist of this drama?

This requires the analysis of Chengcai, who is also the protagonist.

Chengcai and Xu Sanduo are two people who walk from the beginning to the end. Two people with completely opposite personalities are like two sides of a coin. One is honest, kind, timid, the other is smart, self-conscious, and loves to express themselves. On the contrary, this is the two sides of a person.

How will these two personalities develop? Director Kang Honglei cleverly uses his lens language to tell the different development trajectories of the two personalities.

The honest and kind one must have been very difficult at the beginning. It was a long process based on years, but later it would walk wider and higher. Looking at the smart self, you can be the deputy squad leader at the beginning and hold a sniper rifle. You are very confident, but gradually you will have more and more worries, and you will be more and more focused, and you may be beaten back to the original environment in the end.

Therefore, the director is not just to show the growth process of a bad soldier, because there have been many such film and television dramas, with the protagonists coming from a humble background and then finally achieving success through hard work. If this drama is expressed in this way, it will not have much meaning, but will fall into clichés and lose its inner profound meaning.

Xu Sanduo is a simple person. Except for being stupid, all the others are advantages, selflessness, hard work, hard work, dedication, care, persistence, concentration, and down-to-earth...

In a sentence from Gao Cheng, he said: "I know someone, he is the only one. Every time he does a small thing, he will hold him like a life-saving straw. One day, I saw it, wow, good guy, he is holding a towering tree that has already made me look up to."

But talent is different. The early stage of talent is not very popular, it is slick, sophisticated, utilitarian, able to observe words and expressions, and knows how to do things. But he is the most real one. If Xu Sanduo's growth is from a bad soldier to a good soldier, then the growth of talent is from an individual-centered to collectivism. This growth comes from the soul, from the breaking and reconstructing of his own personality.

Xu Sanduo has Lao Ma, Shi Jin and Gao Cheng's all the way to help him, but Chengcai does not have such a spiritual mentor. He only has himself. All decisions must face the test of the results before he knows right or wrong.

Perhaps the protagonist of this drama in the first twenty-five episodes is Xu Sanduo, so the protagonist of the last few episodes is Chengcai.

When Old A gave up, he returned to the lonely place of the third and fifth squad, the desperate situation of Class 5. I don’t know how Chengcai survived. He still maintained a good competitive state and was still the best sharpshooter in the entire group. He turned Class 5, a place where all the teachers and teachers wanted to come and rest. I don’t know what words to use to describe Chengcai’s state. I was shocked, and I knew that he was undefeated at this time.

Only by washing away all the lead can you be calm. Even Gao Cheng uncovered the scars of his past and humiliated him hard to stimulate Xu Sanduo. He responded calmly, without any intense words and losing control of his emotions, just said lightly that he regretted his mistakes.

Most people in the world are like becoming successful, constantly going back and forth in gain and loss. In the end, what cannot be overcome becomes the inner demon, and what has endured can be a long and long road.
