Chapter 9 Night Enlightenment of Xianfeng Temple
As we all know, Bruce Lee, who spread Chinese martial arts all over the world in the 1960s and 1970s and created his own "Jet Kune Do", is the most talked about by his super explosive power in boxing. It is said that he once performed a public performance in the United States and punched a dozen inches away, and could instantly hit a sandbag weighing dozens of kilograms several meters away!!
The explosive power is so strong that it is simply shocking! And this is what he calls the "Cunjinquan" kung fu.
In fact, this technique of exerting force was not created by Bruce Lee. In the southern Wing Chun boxing he learned from Ip Man, his use of this "cun power" was extremely melodious.
Generally speaking, the "cun power" force of Wing Chun's fist is not simply relying on the strength of the shoulders and arms. A seemingly small punching action is actually based on solid waist-horse skills, and then instantly integrates all the strength from the ankles, knees, waist and hips, shoulders and back, big arms, elbows, forearms, and wrists to achieve strength.
Often, when the movement is done, the whole force and true force of the whole body are pulled. If you can go further and pour the entire force of this inch force on the tip of your fingers, and suddenly exert force with the moment of knuckles, it will be the "iron finger inch force" that is ecstatic in Wing Chun.
If Wing Chun Fist can really be practiced to this extent, even the power of a finger can easily penetrate two or three inches of wooden boards within an inch of distance. If it really hits a person, the consequences will be like being hit by a "Dam Blast". Although the injury on the outside is very small, it will explode inside.
I tried to flex my five fingers and swung my whole arm gently, then suddenly exerted force. The fingertips quickly whipped the air like the tip of a whip. The sound made was like a whip that was more than ten feet long suddenly flashed and exploded in my ears.
Papa! Papa!
The sound was crisp, connected into a string, and it seemed like a firecracker lit on the big night, and the air was pounding.
The "spike force" in the iron arm Technique originally focused on "beating people like whips". When they reached a certain point, their arms were as hard as steel and as soft as whips. Moreover, his whip was not a soft guy like a leather whip, but a nine-section steel whip with a spear head. When one whip was whipped, the force was condensed on the tip. As long as it was swept a little, a large millstone would be pulled out of a groove.
Bai Ze is now experimenting with his own ideas, seeing whether he can use the four moves of Hou San's Emei Monkey Fist, one palm and four moves, and mix them into his own kung fu. After swinging a few times, Bai Ze tried again, and his upper body did not shake, but only used his fingers and knuckles to exert force.
Sure enough, his whole body was able to transmit the strength to the tip of his fingers in conjunction with his arm, and he could easily use "spot strength", but it was unlikely that his fingers would be bent and stretched within a distance of a square inch, just like Wing Chun.
"The Cunjin Kung Fu in Wing Chun is spread by rumors, and I can't believe it at all. If I want to use this move, one palm and four postures to achieve the same effect, I have to work hard on my fingers and completely practice the finger strength of the Eagle Claw Kung Fu to the point where Yin and Yang are grasped in one hand."
Bai Ze used to practice eagle claw skills, from grabbing the jar, inserting iron sand, to the eagle claws behind the claws, lying the tiger skills, plowing the ground, and even specializing in the Hunyuan finger skills. Over the past ten years, he has already practiced the entire finger as steel as iron. The strength is penetrated inward, digging the veins, dividing the tendons and bones, and stretching out a finger to break the entire mouth of the beer bottle. In addition, he has been practicing two external hard skills, namely iron arm skills and iron cloth shirts, and pinching it into eagle claws, which is even more terrifying.
If it weren't for this, Hou San wouldn't have thought that he was a master of Eagle Claw Technique when he saw the fingerprints on the monkey's neck, so he "listened to the sidelines" and misjudged his opponent and eventually died under Bai Ze's poke.
I originally thought that my finger strength was quite good, but after seeing Hou San performing one palm and four postures, Bai Zesi thought about it and thought of the iron finger strength in Wing Chun's fist, and immediately knew his current shortcomings.
Although this world's masters are rare, it is not without them. Hou San's monkey fist skills also have the foundation of chopping and hanging palms in his hands. Whether it is tricky to hit or hard, it is not under his iron arms and eagle claws.
Especially with Hou San's last move, his hand joints continued to exert force, increasing step by step, and the power burst out in an instant was four times that of his usual ones. He was so quick that even if he was noticed by his opponent, he could not avoid it. He could only stand in place and wait for death.
Bai Ze practiced iron arms and poked his feet, and his eagle claws and iron cloth shirt. Although he could practice his body, he made a sharp move, but there was another most prominent change in the eagle claw skills, that is, "taking action to crash" and "returning hands to grab it".
When using it, you will use your hands to break up and grab it with all your hands. If your hands are not in place, you will not be clawed. If you grab it with one hand, it looks like a violent rebounding ball. If there is a strong tendon on your hands, you will be placed on your fingertips in an instant. Then you will suddenly change to the eagle claw, either grab, hold, or hook.
Only in this way can one change in a chain and penetrate the muscles and bones.
Similarly, the changes between the palms and fingers in the Emei Monkey Fist are the same. They have many actions such as grabbing, grabbing, tricking, and buckle. They block the door with one hand and then get up and move in for a short fast attack. After all, they still have to rely on changes in their hands. Only by suddenly changing their moves and exerting force can they exert huge lethality.
Although Bai Ze has never learned Monkey Fist, his Eagle Claw Technique has many grappling techniques and Monkey Fist techniques that are similar to those of Monkey Fist. Any boxing technique, especially this type of pictographic boxing that evolved from imitating animals in nature, after such a long period of development, cannot be purely as it was when it was first created.
All of them inevitably absorb the advantages of many other types of boxing. Therefore, in boxing, no matter north or south, once you reach the best level, almost all boxing principles are actually the same.
Whether it is monkey fist, eagle claw, dragon claw, or tiger claw, all belong to the skill of the hand, no matter how change is, it cannot be separated from the changes between the palms and fingers.
The iron-arm whip hand of "shock force" is mainly whipping. The one that hits out is a circle. If you whip down, the force will be thriving. If you cannot retract it in time, it will immediately flow thousands of miles away. There is only one move. If you can integrate the action of grabbing the Eagle Claw Technique into it, then the transition will be seamless and there will be no flaws.
Moreover, one stroke after another, one back and forth, it is naturally a circle, which is invisibly incompatible with the fighting philosophy in Tai Chi. With the four palms hidden in the hand of the whip and the skill of the iron finger force, if you really want to practice this move, I am afraid that it will be really "killing people like grass without hearing the sound".
However, although Bai Ze is proficient in whip and has rarely practiced eagle claw skills, if he adds the "one palm and four postures" that are completely different from him, his explosive power is not enough on his knuckles. Even if he uses it to hit people now, it is still a fancy and cannot play an imaginary role.
Because Bai Ze's eagle claw skills and the inch strength of Wing Chun's fist are completely different things.
He grabbed it with all his strength and could make stones turn into powder, but the strength on his knuckles was too far away. Moreover, because of his years of iron sand, the flexibility of his fingers was also a problem, and his fingers were as hard as iron.
Foreign Kung Fu takes a purely strong path and never look back when you take action. This is the case with Eagle Claw and Iron Arm.
The iron arm whip was unable to hit the point, and it immediately turned into the force of the tip. All the power was emitted through the wrist. Next, there were four palms, one after another, like the waves of the Yangtze River, one wave higher than the other, and finally reached its peak at the last fingertips.
So from the iron arm whip hand to the four postures of one palm, this is a natural and increasingly violent process.
Bai Ze's kung fu is good overall, but not partially. If he insists on changing, the power on his fingers will be useless. When he meets a master, he can take the opportunity to get in and knock him down in one go.
Similarly, when the next four-palm postures are transformed into the eagle claw's turn around and grab, there is also excessiveness, and it also depends on the kung fu on the fingers.
The hand shape of the Eagle Claw Kung is like an eagle's claw. Once the finger is closed, it is a falcon and pinched into a grab, it is a hungry eagle.
But no matter what, when the eagle is rushing to eat, it must have a flying action from top to bottom, speed, potential energy, and eyesight combined, and either bounce or catch, all prey will be killed on the spot.
This is all the experience Bai Ze and Hou San realized after fighting.
If he could fully integrate this whole set of methods according to what he thought, Bai Ze's kung fu would definitely be a bandit's dream and his actual combat ability would be greatly enhanced.
In history, the Bai family can truly poke the foot with five-step thirteen-shot iron arm and train the master level master. It is said that not only the feet are prosperous and the soul is catching step by step, but also the hands are ever-changing. Fighting with people is like raising swords and guns at the same time. One move is stronger than another. The idle characters cannot block the attacks between the upper and lower routes at the same time.
Movement means life and death!
After sorting out all the thoughts in his mind, Bai Ze moved slowly in the night, his fingers flexed and stretched, and at the same time he was also thinking about how he should achieve this goal.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
