Chapter 148, Clairvoyance GPS Navigation System

At the Fuyun Group Space Center in Longling Town, Li Fu, wearing a white coat, was taking someone to discuss the company's future space development plan.

"Now we have our own space plane, and there will be no problem going back and forth between space in the future. However, we are now restricted in many aspects. The navigation and positioning system we use is the Beidou on the country. If you want to stay in space, you can only choose to park at the Tiangong Space Station."

"So I think the core of our work in the next step should be to establish our own navigation and positioning system and our own space station. In this way, we will have our own ending points in space in the future. A further plan is to establish our own space station and permanent lunar base on the moon, exploit resources, etc.."

Li Fu sent the next plan to everyone present through his virtual machine. The more the company develops, the more Li Fu felt that he was being held back and it was difficult to implement it.

Not to mention, you must apply in advance every time you travel to and from space. Perhaps because the policy allows, the application will be easily passed. If the policy changes in the future, it will be difficult for Fuyun Group to maintain it in a word.

If the company further develops and grows in the future, if the scientific experiments that need to be carried out have greater influence, there will be more constraints and so on, which makes Li Fu feel very helpless.

"Maybe I should learn from His Majesty the founding emperor of the Great Han Science and Technology Empire."

Such thoughts flashed through his mind, but soon Li Fu did not think much about it and continued to discuss future space development plans with his subordinates.

"Brother Fu, we should also build space factories, space energy bases and develop space agriculture between space."

Yu Liang also seemed very excited at this time, grinning and opening his mouth wide.

"Don't think too much. The next step is to develop our own global positioning satellite system first, and then build a space station for ourselves."

"Global positioning satellite system is not difficult. We just need to make satellites and launch them all into space with a space plane at one time. As for the technology of the space station, it is not difficult. I just don't know if the country will allow our private companies to own their own space stations."

"In space, you shouldn't have to worry about this?"

"With that being said, it's better to apply with the country."

Everyone discussed it in one sentence and another. The core of it revolves around many things in space. If they were not applied to the country, after all, according to the consistent principle, this space belongs to all mankind and does not belong to any country. However, everyone is a Chinese, and it seems unreasonable not to apply to the above.

...

At the Space Center of Longling Town, the huge space plane "Hercules 1" rushed into the sky instantly with roars, like an arrow from a string, and came to space in a few minutes.

Its huge belly contains 36 satellites made by Fuyun Group, which are used by Li Fu to establish his own global positioning navigation system.

Generally speaking, it is necessary to accurately locate the ground through satellites in space, and at least 3 satellites are generally required. However, when performing pseudorange single-point positioning (absolute positioning), since the pseudorange measurement observation value of each satellite contains the error of the receiver clock difference, the distance measurement observation value is very inaccurate. The receiver clock difference needs to be added as an unknown number to the calculation of pseudorange single-point positioning and three unknowns of coordinates are added, so at least 4 pseudorange observation values are needed, that is, at least 4 positioning satellites need to be observed simultaneously to achieve accurate and real-time positioning.

To cover the global scope, at least 24 satellites are needed. This number can ensure that at least 4 satellites can be seen at any time in every place in the world. Four equations can be used to solve the four variables of space three-dimensional coordinates and time. These 24 satellites are distributed in 6 orbital planes, and each orbital plane has 4 satellites. The receiver of the positioning system adopts passive positioning (that is, the receiver does not need to send signals).

For example, Uncle Sam's Global Positioning System (GPS system) and Polar Bear's GLONASS system both use 24 satellites for global positioning, but China's Beidou navigation system has 35 satellites. The difference is because of the different altitudes of their respective satellites in space.

Uncle Sam and Polar Bear developed early, so they occupied all the good positions. Using just 24 satellites can achieve global positioning and navigation. China has developed even later. There is no good position. All of them need 35 satellites.

Now that Fuyun Group wants to establish its own global positioning navigation system, the location is even worse. Therefore, after careful research and planning, Fuyun Group Research Institute has manufactured 36 satellites to build its own global positioning navigation system.

The space plane soared into the sky and entered space in just a few minutes. It began to orbit around the Earth's orbit, adjust its altitude and orbit, and prepare to launch satellites.

Traditional methods of launching satellites are to use launch vehicles, sending satellite launchers into a predetermined orbit before launching them. In this way, launching satellites will generally be greatly restricted.

On the one hand, the carrier rocket has limited carrying capacity and it is impossible to launch spacecraft of too large mass. Moreover, a Mars can only launch one satellite. There are many cases of multiple stars with one arrow. However, the mass of these satellites is very small, some of which are only a few kilograms, and they have no effect in space at all.

On the other hand, because the fuel of the launch vehicle is limited, it is necessary to send the satellite into the scheduled orbit as much as possible when launching a satellite. Otherwise, if there is a deviation, it will be difficult to adjust it again, which means the launch failure.

Therefore, although the global positioning navigation system only requires 20-30 satellites to be implemented, there are only Uncle Sam's GPS, Polar Bear's GLONASS, China's Beidou navigation system, and Europe's Galileo navigation system. Apart from this, no other country has its own global positioning navigation system.

The most important reason is that the satellites for positioning and navigation are of high quality and are difficult to send into orbit, and ordinary countries do not have that much strength to complete.

The Beidou navigation system was quickly established after the emergence of the aerospace plane, because it was very simple to launch satellites using the aerospace plane.

The carrying capacity of the aerospace plane is very powerful, all calculated by 1 tons. Dozens of satellites can be easily transported to the sky together. The most important thing is that the aerospace plane can easily adjust its altitude and orbit and send satellites into the booked orbit one by one.

"Didi, the orbital height is 23,000 kilometers, and the first satellite is being released."

Luo Xiaoyao received the order and gently pressed a button.

Behind the belly of the huge aerospace plane, a huge satellite with a mass of more than 2,000 kilograms was slowly pushed out by the booster. As soon as it entered space, the solar panels it carried on quickly spread out slowly, and began to fly around the earth like a pair of wings.

At the ground at the Longling Town Space Center, Li Fu and others seemed a little nervous at this time. The technical content of satellites is not too high. Uncle Sam's high school students have even made satellites and launched them into space. With so many scientists in Fuyun Group, it is naturally unstoppable to manufacture satellites.

"Didi, the first satellite was successfully launched and entered the booked orbit. It is expected that it will pass over our China in 2 minutes."

"Didi, after receiving the satellite signal, the signal communication is normal."

Two minutes later, the satellite passed by China, and the space center successfully received the satellite signal. The satellite could work normally and was successfully launched.

"Haha, although it is the first time to build a satellite, we are not very good at technology, but we have a space plane, so it doesn't matter if we can build a satellite larger."

Li Fu laughed happily at this time. Because he had no experience in building a satellite for the first time, the satellite was very bulky. If it weren't for aerospace planes and launching them with launch vehicles, he would have really been scolded to death by aerospace scientists.

Because the larger the mass and larger the size of the satellite, this means that the higher the requirements for launch vehicles, the greater the launch cost, and the higher the possibility of failure. However, Fuyun Group has aerospace plane, mass and volume are not the main factors to consider. If the technology is not good, it can be compensated by other aspects. It doesn’t matter if the satellite is larger.

"Start adjusting orbits and altitudes and prepare to launch a second satellite."

The space planes are constantly adjusting and pushing satellites in space, sending satellites into the reserved orbits and altitudes. As more and more satellites in space, the space center can quickly start to accurately locate it.

"The number of satellites in space is 4. Calculation has begun to be calculated so far. The location of the space center is 115°40' east longitude and 26°20 north latitude""

"Boss, the precise positioning of our own Climate Eye navigation system is no worse than that of the Beidou navigation system."

Chen Bin looked at the data located in the navigation system and said excitedly to Li Fu.

"Well, it's okay, look at the high-definition cameras carried on the satellite, how is the picture taken?"

Li Fu nodded with satisfaction. At this time, a map of the earth was constantly being improved on the huge display in the center. This map was created by the information collected by his company's Clifford Navigation System.

The Climate Eye Navigation Satellite is not just for navigation, because it is large enough, so it also carries an ultra-high-definition camera.
