308. Take on what you should bear

After hearing Lynn's words, Tom stared blankly at the sky outside the window. After a moment, he turned his head to look at Lynn.

"Since the real Bayeshilde has long been dead, are the stories she told still true?"

Lin En looked at him quietly.

"Why do you have to worry about whether Bayesilde's story is true? Tom, don't you think the mistake you have made is just as simple as letting a girl's family die, right?"

"Do you know why Harry wanted to stay at his aunt's house? Do you know why Neville was so timid? Do you know why Myrtle died in the first place? Do you know why Hagrid is now in the forbidden forest cabin? Do you really know what mistakes you made back then?"

Tom looked at Lynn blankly, and he looked helpless and muttered.

"All these have something to do with me?"

"You caused these. You killed Harry's parents because of a prophecy, turning him into an orphan who has no parents and can only be dependent on others.

Your subordinates tortured Neville's parents, Longbottom, and his wife crazy with a heart-wrenching curse. Neville has been rigorously educated by his grandmother since he was a child, which made him look like he is now.

You once opened the secret room to release the basil monster when you were still in school. Myrtle was just an innocent student at that time, but you ordered the basil monster to kill her. The reason why Hagrid was dropped out of school by Hogwarts was because you blamed him for the murder. If Dumbledore had not taken him in, he might have been hungry on the streets and starved to death."

Lynn counted Tom's guilt one by one, his tone was not harsh, but like a sledgehammer, every sentence hitting Tom.

"These are just a small part of the mistakes you have done. The black wizard group you led is domineering in the magic world. Every evil thing they have done is actually counted on you. Even if some of your former subordinates are still at large and do not receive the punishment they deserve.

Do you think your fault is light now? Do you think you should feel guilty for Bayerd? Who would Harry, Neville, Hagrid, Myrtle feel guilty for them? Who would they seek to seek to take revenge after they have endured this?"

Tom's face was transparent, and he sat in the corner with his knees weakly.

Lynn was not speaking. Tom himself needed a time to consider, and if he wanted to return to normal life, these were all things he had to face, otherwise it would be too unfair to those who had been hurt by Voldemort.

Think about it, what would Harry do if he discovered that Tom, who had successfully resurrected, actually killed his parents' enemies?

Unless Tom wants to become the former Dark King again, these must be solved by himself.

The rest of the time Lynn was thinking about what questions should be given to different grades in the final exam, and it was not until the evening when Tom spoke again.

"I will make up for the mistakes I have made. I don't expect them to forgive me for those I have hurt, but I have to pay the price for it, rather than just hiding in that ball for the rest of my life."

Lynn put down the quill in his hand and turned to look at him.

"Have you thought it through?"

Tom looked at him firmly.

"I thought it through, I want to become a normal person."

Lynn put away the parchment paper and quill from the table and nodded with a smile.

"I'm very pleased that you can make such a decision. I'll explain to Professor Dumbledore that things about getting you back into your body will be ready soon."

Tom looked at him.

"Is it a way to resurrect like the ghost who occupied Bayeshilde's body?"

"Of course it won't be that way. Your state is different from her. She is a ghost that will become a person after death. You are not a dead person yet. So you will have your own body. What specific methods are there for Professor Dumbledore? I will notify you when you are ready."

Lynn said, then left the office and went to the principal's office to inform Dumbledore Tom of his decision.

Tom's resurrection ceremony is not to worry about. Dumbledore said he would have a solution, and Lynn's top priority now is to prepare for the Dark Magic Defense Class exam for Hogwarts students.

Because most of the previous black magic defense professors were basically unable to teach until the end of the semester as smoothly as Lynn, there is no precedent for what to take in this course to be referenced by Lynn, and he can only decide for himself.

But there is nothing to worry about. The final exams of other courses in Hogwarts, such as the main courses such as the Spell and Transformation, are used as a spell or Transformation according to the professor's requirements, and scores are given based on the use of the little wizard.

If Lynn wants to save trouble, of course he can do this, but this is the first Black Magic Defense Class exam in Hogwarts in the past decade, hosted by a professor of Black Magic Defense Class, and he doesn't want to be so perfunctory.

The best way to detect such a class in Black Magic Defense is to practice.

In the end, Lynn asked the young wizards of the same grade to group in groups, conduct a wizard duel in front of him one by one, and then score based on their performance, which was equivalent to launching another duel club in disguise.

The response to the exam is pretty good. The students are taking practical exams for the first time, so of course they are very excited about such things.

After the exam, I entered the most popular period of Hogwarts wizards. In the week before the score was released, there was no nagging or troublesome work. I could even leave the final exam scores that had not yet been released and have a good time.

But Lynn didn't have such free time. He had to go out with Dumbledore for Tom's resurrection.

In Dumbledore's principal's office, Old Deng changed into a long robe for travel and stood in the center of the room with Lynn.

"Who are we going to look for?" Lynn asked curiously.

He originally thought that the magic of the resurrection of Tom in the original work was the only magic of the squid star resurrecting Voldemort, using his father's bones, servant's flesh, and enemy's blood to make Tom reshape his body.

But now it seems Dumbledore has another way.

He waved and summoned Fox, letting him land on his shoulder, and then grabbed Lynn's arm.

"Go to one of my friends, you should know him, or you are not unfamiliar with his name."

Dumbledore's friends, I know him.

When Lynn heard Dumbledore's prompt, just as he probably guessed who the person he was going to take him to find, Fox had already waved his wings and took them away from Hogwarts.
