313. Knockturn Alley

Lynn listened to their conversation and walked out of the fireplace, and immediately used a descaling curse on himself, he complained.

"Your fireplace is so dirty, who will be in the mood to take care of your business after it comes out?"

This is a magic shop in the Overturn Alley. The owner is a hunched man standing behind the counter, stroking his greasy hair back with his hands.

"What a broken mouth boy. Can a fireplace without ash be called a fireplace?" Bojin Bock, the owner of the Magic Store, snorted lightly.

But Lynn ignored him because Snape had already walked out of the store, Lynn hurriedly followed him.

"Who professors are we going to find?"

"A rogue."

Snape took Lynn on the streets of the Overturned Alley, which looked much dilapidated compared to Diagon Alley. The road was covered with dark magic shops, but the plaques of these shops did not indicate any information about the goods for sale.

Occasionally, they could see wizards wearing wizard robes and hiding their heads and tails standing on the street. Almost all of them hid their faces in their hoods, only one or two old witches with faces exposed, hunched their backs with crutches, looking at them with cold eyes.

"This is not a good place. If you don't come here in the future, try not to come here?" Snape reminded Lynn coldly.

"Does the Ministry of Magic know about this place?" Lynn looked at such a large area. The Overturned Alley is no smaller than Diagonal Alley. The money transactions involved must be much larger than Diagonal Alley.

Snape smiled mockingly.

"Of course, the Ministry of Magic knows that many shops here are family industries of bureaucrats of the Ministry of Magic. They have to undergo two Auror reviews every year, but no matter how many times they can't find anything, either the person in charge of the Auror dared not check them seriously, or before the investigation, someone informed me to hide all the prohibited things."

Lynn looked at the shops around him thoughtfully.

Most of the employees in the British Ministry of Magic held important positions were from pure blood families, and the whole of England was so big, there were so many wizards, and there were only twenty-four pure blood surnames.

Now, under his instructions, Old John has acquired sixteen of the industries, including these in the Overturned Alley.

In other words, among these stores, there are industries under his name?

Thinking of this, Lin Neng turned his head and looked at the surrounding shops again. At this time, he immediately felt much more pleasing to the eye.

Snape led Lynn to the depths of the overturned alley, a ragged shack that smelled badly, just like the uncleaned bathrooms in Hogwarts Castle.

There were also some dirty-looking, ragged wizards lying in the shack with their eyes unconscious, just like the ordinary people Lynn had seen in the slums before.

Lynn looked at these people in surprise, and he quietly asked Snape.

"Are there poor people in the magic world?"

Snape glanced indifferently at the wizards who looked penniless and said indifferently.

"The wizard who masters magic generally has no worries about food and clothing, so this person is actually not a poor person, but a lazy person."

"Lan man?"

"They have very low magical talents, almost like squins. They can't do big things, but they are unwilling to do small things, and they also discriminate against Muggles and don't want to live in the world of Muggles. So they stay in a corner of Diagon Alley, thinking about eating, drinking, gambling and smoking all day long, and they can live one day. Some people have wanted orders from the Ministry of Magic, and they can't live outside openly, so they hide here incognito. Anyway, Aurors don't come here to search."

After listening to Snape's introduction, Lynn looked at these poor wizards again and couldn't help but twitch them twice.

Sure enough, no matter where you are, you are a person who is not interested in being a good person and is not enterprising.

Snape took Lynn to stop in front of a shack, where a wizard was also lying here. He broke one of his legs, and the broken legs were simply wrapped in dirty gauze. The blood oozed out of the gauze, which looked disgusting.

And the broken leg was placed beside him.

“Shapur.”

Snape shouted the name of the broken-legged wizard in his low voice.

Shable heard Snape's voice and immediately opened his closed eyes in surprise. He stared at Snape.

"Ah! You're here Severus, it's great. I thought you'll have to come in a few days!"

"Don't call me my name? We are not that familiar with each other." Snape looked disgusted, as if talking to him was an insult to himself, "Are your money ready?"

When talking about money, Shabull's enthusiasm seemed to have halved, and he looked at Snape vigilantly.

“I need to see something first.”

Snape took out the potion formula he had written in the office with impatient face from his pocket, and shook it in front of Shabull's eyes.

"This is not right!" Shabull said loudly, "I said in the letter that I wanted to buy the recipe and the ingredients needed, but now you only bring the recipe!"

"If you want so much, you have to give enough money." Snape looked at him sarcastically, "As long as you give enough money, I will personally configure the potion for you to pick up the broken leg."

Shabull was still shouting: "You want too much. In Saint Mungo, you just connected the broken leg and couldn't even use 10 Gallons!"

Snape looked very impatient, so he took the recipe back into his pocket and turned around and was about to leave.

"Then you go and find a therapist from St. Mungo to pick up your legs. Don't waste my time writing to me next time!"

However, before he took Lynn to take two steps, Shabull behind him hurriedly called him.

"Okay, Severus, okay, that's it, give me the recipe, I'll give you the money I made before, I can't drag it anymore. If I drag it on, I can't really be a cripple for the rest of my life!"

As if he had long guessed that he would surrender, Snape turned around coldly, and then extended a hand to Shable.

Shable gritted his teeth, then took out a seemingly heavy purse from under him and threw it to Snape.

Snape did not open his purse, but just shook his ear and heard it sound, then threw the potion recipe to Shable.

"Happy transaction." He said lightly, unable to hear anything pleasant.

"Severus, you a wealthy mistress, don't talk about any affection. We were colleagues no matter what we said before..."

Shable got the potion formula and kept complaining, but Snape had already walked away.

Lynn, who witnessed the deal with his own eyes, couldn't help but look back at it.

Under the broken sleeve of the left arm of the Shabled Wizard, a green tattoo of a python emerging from the skeleton's mouth was faintly revealed.

He narrowed his eyes and turned around and quickly followed Snape's pace.
