Chapter 96 Morgan Trapped

Three days later, the embarrassed halfling Frodo walked into the building and passed out in the hall.

After receiving the news, Juan rushed to the infirmary. He saw Moss's glowing green palm gently caressing Frodo's head.

After a while, Frodo opened his eyes.

After seeing Juan, Frodo immediately opened his hoarse throat and shouted:

"Save dad, save him quickly. Please, Mr. Head of State, save dad quickly."

"Don't be anxious, tell me clearly what's going on?"

"Please, save daddy."

"I will save him, but you have to make things clear."

"Okay, okay, I say, woohoo," said an emotional Frodo as he cried, "Father is trapped by the Shrimp People, and they won't let him go, woohoo."

Shrimp people? What is this?

In Frodo's intermittent narration, Juan learned:

Father Morgan took Frodo to the southeast, to the delta area at the mouth of the Rufiji River, which was named District 9.

Morgan wanted to recruit the shrimp people in District 9, but after entering District 9, the shrimp people trapped Morgan and refused to let him leave.

"Did they hurt Morgan?"

"No, no, wuwu, they just won't let him leave."

"How many people are there and what weapons do they use?"

"There are so many shrimp people, I can't count how many of them there are. They have no weapons, but they are surrounding me hand in hand, and they won't let me leave, woo woo."

"Then how did you leave?"

"They allowed me to leave, but they just refused to let dad leave, wuwu."

"Did they make any demands?"

"They said that if you want to eat, you need grains, corn, potatoes or meat, whatever you want, as long as you can eat it."

"How much time did you spend on the road?"

"It took me five days to drive the float truck over there. I didn't stop for a moment when I came back. It took a little more than two days."

Juan roughly understood. It seemed that the shrimp farmers were experiencing famine, so they trapped Morgan to ask for food.

Judging from the fact that they didn't harm Morgan, these shrimp people may not want to go against humans.

Maybe he was just hungry, so he did such an irrational thing.

But if there are difficulties, it is too much to use this method.

Juan decided to give them food in exchange for Morgan, and then give them some color to see.

He shouted: "Thorin! Call the dragon guards immediately! Elephant! Notify the elf town and prepare ten tons of grain, corn, potatoes, and meat, frozen meat, and fresh meat!"

Soon, two floating trucks loaded with a hundred dragon self-defense team members, driven by Juan and Frodo, passed by the elf town and loaded up on food, and then drove all the way to the southeast.

After three days of tired driving, Juan, with red eyes, finally arrived at the delta at the mouth of the Rufiji River, named District 9.

The river network here is criss-crossed, and there are wetlands and swamps everywhere. Dense papyrus sway in the wind, and fan-shaped flowers bloom on the top of the grass stems more than four meters high.

Juan saw from a distance that in the center of District 9, there was a huge disc-shaped object, tilted at 60 degrees and inserted into the ground.

It looks like a spaceship of some age, but its shape seems a little different from the spaceships commonly used by humans.

After approaching, Juan saw that there were obvious signs of cuts and damage on the spacecraft, and no propellers or armed parts could be seen at all.

Arriving under the diagonally inserted spaceship, Juan saw a group of blue-black "lobsters" walking upright.

These "lobsters" seemed very excited when they saw the floating car. They raised their large pliers and shouted in human language: "Help is coming! Help is coming!"

A lot of shrimp people came out of the spaceship. They were outside the range of the air waves and surrounded the float vehicle.

"Food! Food! We want food!"

Juan saw that the noisy shrimpers had no weapons, and they were not wearing any clothes except papyrus skirts around their waists, just like refugees.

Juan climbed onto the roof of the car from the car window and shot a shuttle into the sky with his AK-47.

"Da da da da"

The sound of gunfire silenced the shrimpers.

They huddled together in fear, their hard shells colliding with each other, but they refused to leave.

Juan shouted: "Where is Morgan? Let Morgan out!"

A white-bearded shrimp man wearing a white linen robe, who seemed to be the leader of the shrimp people, squeezed through the shrimp group.

Along the way, some shrimpers shouted: "Don't crowd, don't crowd, everyone give way, make way for the elders."

The shrimp elder came to the floating truck and immediately prostrated on the ground, shouting: "Grass shrimp, please bow to the superior!"

Under the leadership of Elder Da Xia, other shrimp people also prostrated themselves on the ground.

The attitude is okay.

The anger in Juan's heart subsided, but he still shouted rudely: "Let Morgan come out. If you can't see Morgan, I won't give the food to you!"

Elder Da Xia gave an order to one of his subordinates, and then resumed his prostrate posture on the ground.

The shrimp man's henchman stepped on the back shells of his companions and ran back to the spaceship.

After a while, Morgan came out with a shy belly.

Behind him were two shrimpers, carrying large bags woven from papyrus. It seemed that they were not escorting Morgan, but working as coolies.

There were too many crawling shrimps on the ground, and Morgan walked over on their back shells.

Juan lowered the float car but did not turn it off.

He asked the dragon self-defense team members to stand guard around the floating vehicle with guns in hand.

When Morgan approached, Juan pulled the other person behind him and at the same time raised his gun and aimed at the two shrimpers who had followed Morgan.

The two shrimpers were so frightened that they immediately dropped the straw bags in their hands and crawled to the ground, just like the other shrimpers.

The mouth of the woven bag opened, and out rolled out abalone as big as a human head, sea cucumbers as thick as arms, and shrimps as long as arms.

Juan felt that there was something wrong with this style of painting, but he couldn't figure out what was wrong.

He turned to Morgan who was burping and asked: "Isn't there a shortage of food here?"

"Yeah, it's food shortage. I haven't eaten for five days, hiccup."

"You don't seem hungry at all."

"Hiccup, I'm not hungry, I'm just a little stuffed."

Juan glanced at the abalone, sea cucumber and shrimp: "Are you full after eating these?"

"There is no way. I don't have anything to eat. I can only eat seafood."

"Morgan, there is a word called 'Versailles', have you heard of it?"

"I am not from Versailles. I really have no food to eat. I can only eat abalone, sea cucumber, shrimp, lobster, scallop, king crab, geoduck, oyster, sea urchin, and..."

"That's enough! Morgan, I'm drooling."

"If you're not in a hurry to leave, then let's go in and eat for a while."

"No, are you kidnapped or are you here as a guest?"

"I don't know. Anyway, the shrimp man is very enthusiastic and provides me with delicious food and drinks. He will do anything except not letting me go."

"real?"

"real."

"No one hurts you or forces you?"

"No."

"It's strange that there is such a kidnapping. Why have I never encountered such a good thing?"

"Then why don't you stay and I'll take you back and let you try what it's like to have nothing to eat and only have to eat seafood dinners?"

"Gudu"

Juan swallowed and began to consider the feasibility of this suggestion.
