"So without confusion, can you achieve anything by practicing this far?"

"Do you know that keeping everything in mind will distract you and be useless in practicing the immortal way?"

The young Taoist replied: "I know, but teacher and disciple feel that I did not go wrong."

"Why is it called an immortal?"

"What disciples cultivate is the way of man."

The nature of the sun is also the soul, and the symbol in Taoism is [fire].

The word "Huohou" has been spread from Taoism. It is often used among the people to say whether something can be done or not. The explanation within Taoism is that using fire, that is, using Yuan Shen to control Yuan Qi.

The key and timing of change.

It is the [fire] for practice, divided into [advance and retreat], [ascending and descending], and [hurry].

There is the fire of literary cooking, there is the fire of martial arts, there is the fire of starting, there is the fire of stopping, there is the fire of advancing yang, there is the fire of withdrawing yin, there is the fire of returning elixir, there is the fire of great elixir, in addition to these

In addition, there are also methods of increase, decrease, nourishment, and change, which are particularly numerous. It can be seen that cultivation is also a delicate work.

If you don't get the true inheritance, even if you have the opportunity to step into the Xiantian Yiqi, you can't go further and you don't know how to polish it.

But even those who step into this path and obtain the true teaching often make a wrong step, and there is no possibility of achieving a higher level.

Only in this way can people who have passed through this complicated level be respected as "real people".

It is very possible for people to achieve great things.

The innate Qi produced through the practice of each ancient book has its own characteristics, because its rise and fall, advance and retreat, and the different priorities. There are Qi that are continuous and lingering, and there are also Qi that are fierce and fierce, and the Qi that does not retreat even one step, Qi Wuzhuo.

Now, only in the "Hunyuan Sword Code" can I see the practice method given to him by Senior Sister Yumiao, which includes the practice method of "Qi Refining".
