Chapter 484 Buddha is the Tao(1/2)

The Taoist's voice was calm and slow, one word at a time, but it seemed to involve countless qi. When it fell on the ears of the extraordinary people, it was as loud as thunder. When the last word fell, the tied monks suddenly

He sat down on the ground, his mind went blank, he was too stunned to speak.

Transform Buddha into Tao!

Sakyamuni was changed into a deity, Bodhisattva was changed into a great scholar, Arhat was changed into a venerable person, and a monk was changed into a virtuous person?!

If the name is not right, the words will not go smoothly, and if the words are not right, things will not happen!

The fate of humanity is a force formed by the recognition of countless people. If the Emperor of Humanity orders the restructuring and order, in the eyes of the people in the world, Buddhism becomes a branch of Taoism, then they recognize the lineage of Buddhism.

I will also add another step to this recognition, that is, "This is just a branch of the Taoist sect."

Humanity's luck is like a turbulent flow, a great river in the flood period, from here to there. What this Taoist has done is to directly merge Buddhism's luck into this human's luck, making Buddhism's luck become

It is a branch of Taoism's luck, and Taoism also assists the world, such as outlining and leading.

Just as the Yellow River flows into the sea in the east, its branches naturally do the same.

If the Tao Sect is like this, what other options can be made for the branches of the Tao Sect?

The longer time passes, the more people recognize the idea that Buddhism is a branch of Taoism.

In this way, Buddhism not only does not account for any of the luck of the human world, but in turn, the luck of Buddhism may be poured into the human world.

From now on, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva will be called Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva.

The Arhat who subdued the dragon and the Arhat who subdued the tiger will be called the Venerable Dragon Subduer and the Venerable Tiger Subduer.

These are like holes on a thousand-mile long embankment. People call the strong men of Buddhism this way, from generation to generation, and even for thousands or thousands of years in the future. By that time, people may not know why.

This is how we call these Bodhisattvas and Arhats of Buddhism.

But isn’t this huge ritual that lasts for thousands or tens of thousands of years, in which countless people call the Bodhisattvas and Arhats of Buddhism by the titles given by Taoism?

Buddhist luck will be eroded and affected by Taoism.

And it's an impact that lasts forever.

It's like boiling a frog in water.

Not fierce, not fierce.

Never stop!

As time goes by, Buddhism may even be integrated into Taoism.

This, this is going to cut off the root of Buddhism’s destiny!

"You!!! Demonic way, evil way!!!"

"Such a vicious strategy!"

"Monster, monster!"

The monk struggled suddenly. He was caught on purpose just to get to the palace. At this moment, the Buddha's heart was shaken and he stood up suddenly. His arms shook and broke the ropes that bound him, and then became angry.

He yelled: "Your evil way and your evil words are misleading the public, and you want to destroy my boundless Dharma. Today, the poor monk has tried his best to make you pay the price!"

Immediately, boundless Buddha light erupted, the Vajra Dharma appeared behind his back, and he clasped his hands together and threw them down towards Qi Wuhuo.

Li Zhai has drawn his sword.

But the Taoist looked calm. He raised his hand, with long white fingers, which penetrated the layers of Buddha's light, and pressed it on the monk's shoulder. The next moment, the Buddha's light collapsed, as if the general trend of the world was flowing here, and the Taoist just used two fingers.

He suppressed the monk, and then under the immense force, the monk put his hands together and bowed down to the world.

boom!!!

His knees were embedded deeply into the ground and he couldn't struggle out.

The Taoist raised his finger and said, "I have already given in three times."

"Taoism dilutes modesty and does not want to cause more evil."

"But we can't take another half step back."

The monk coughed up blood and said: "You, you, your behavior like this will definitely incur the wrath of all the Buddhas and lead to boundless tribulations. This body will fall into the endless purgatory and suffer the punishments of the eighteen levels of hell.

Only then can we atone for our sins! Atone for our sins!”

"Although we die, we can be reincarnated!"

"In the land of Buddhas, you will find supreme compassion, great freedom, and great liberation!"

"Eighteen levels of hell?"

The Taoist shook his head.

The monk didn't know why, but he seemed to have caught a glimpse of the divine will of the man in front of him. In that divine will, there was a hellish purgatory, boundless and gloomy, with many ghosts holding weapons and swords, chanting loudly, and one man wearing a black robe.

In the underworld of Yinsi, he occupies an honorable position and looks at his face. He is the Taoist in front of him.

?!!!

The expression on the monk's face froze little by little, and he stared at the gentle Taoist in front of him under the sun.

There was a huge wave in my heart.

The Lord of the Netherworld?!

His angry and curse-like words just now froze as if his bones were drained instantly. As a primitive Buddhist fanatic believer with "reincarnation" as the core doctrine, he suddenly discovered that the enemy he had to face was management.

The reincarnated Lord of the Underworld.

For a moment, his brain stopped spinning. Buddhas, the human world, the underworld, and Taoism, he seemed to finally begin to realize that he seemed to be involved in some terrible things. He sat there quietly and limply, looking in disbelief.

Looking at the Taoist in front of him, the Taoist said: "Do you have anything else to say?"

"Then, King Mighty, you have your work."

The Taoist turned around and walked away.

……………………

At this moment, Li Hui is dead, and the mighty king Li Zhai has raised the wrath of the world. Instead of killing the monks, he changed their clothes. A large number of monks either returned to secular life or became [virtuous scholars]. The original statues of the Buddhas were all like

Old monks generally wear ordinary and simple clothes, or have a shaved head, or wear a "polished flesh bun".

It's because the bones and flesh are bulging, and it's shaped like a bun, but it's actually not hair at all.

The Mahaprajna Sutra says that the top of the World-Honored One's head is made of thick sand, high and round, like a canopy in the sky. These are the thirty-two signs.

After King Mighty's order was issued, it spread all over the world, and all the craftsmen were mobilized. At this moment, an old craftsman smashed his mouth and looked at the huge Buddha statue in front of him. He was worried. Can he not be worried? The emperor moved his mouth and ran away below.

As for the legs, it is said that all Bodhisattva and Buddha statues should have hair.

But this can’t be done in a short time!

It can’t be finished, it can’t be finished at all!

The apprentice next to him also looked at his master with a sad face: "Master, the official order requires us to replace all the Buddhist statues within three months, but each of these statues must be carved.

For several months, the two of us were responsible for more than a dozen Buddha statues, and there was nothing we could do."

The old craftsman rolled his eyes, banged the tool on his apprentice's head, and said angrily:

"There's nothing you can do?!"

"Hey, look what you said, if we can't do this, the two of us won't have to do it anymore!"

The apprentice seemed not to have heard the strange words in his master's mouth, and said happily:

"In other words, you won't have to do the job of masonry anymore?!"

"Shit, your head will be moved from now on!"

The old craftsman cursed loudly, kicked his lazy apprentice on the buttocks, and said: "If we can finish the heads of these Bodhisattvas and Buddhas today, you and I will not have to hang our heads around our necks."

Got it!"

He was so angry that he kicked all his apprentices to the ground. The apprentice was holding his buttocks and thinking about his wife who had just passed away under the covers. He really didn't want to carve stones in front of a stone with his skinny master.

Three months later, the old Wangtou next door's eyes are still shining brightly.

How can we steal some effort?

He looked at the appointment letter in his hand in a daze. The requirement in it was "Grow your hair and crown".

Leave your hair...

His eyes dropped and landed on the "polished flesh bun", which is the last and most noble phase of the so-called thirty-two phases in Buddhism. The young man's mind was active, and suddenly an idea came up in his heart, and he sat up.

He got up, looked at the Buddha statue, his eyes became brighter and brighter, and suddenly poked his master with his hand and said: "Master, I have thought of a way!"

"Huh? What can I do?!"

The young apprentice pointed to the [polished bun] and said, "Master, do you think this lump looks like hair?"

The old craftsman knew something about Buddhist statues and cursed: "These are lumps of flesh, not hair..."

His voice suddenly paused, and the young apprentice also paused. They looked at the bun and fell silent.

Then they all murmured in unison: "It's so similar..."
