Wolf!
It's a pack of wild wolves!
Under the moonlight, a furry claw stepped out of the darkness. When Miaoyan saw it, she was about to run back immediately. The wolf made a dangerous "whimper" sound from her mouth, and her eyes shining with green light stared at Miaoyan fiercely.
I hurriedly grabbed Miaoyan and glared back at the wolf.
When I came back to my senses and thought about that scene, I might make fun of myself for not knowing what I said, but that was done at that time, and the wolf seemed to be really shocked by my fierce eyes. It took another step back and slowly retreated back into the shadow.
The other wolves also let out a "whimper" roar, but at this time, they really didn't rush towards us. I grabbed Miaoyan with one hand and Nangong Lizhu who was already stiff and at a loss with the other, and slowly retreated to the shore.
If we take a step back, the wild wolves will move forward.
The wild wolves around us also gathered towards us, and soon surrounded the whole area.
Just as we were about to walk back to the shore, Nangong Lizhu's feet softened and suddenly kicked over a stone. He heard a clang. Although it was only a small sound, in such a quiet night, at such a critical moment, it was like a bolt from the blue, which immediately shocked my scalp to numb.
All the wild wolves around them showed their fierce appearance and rushed towards us.
I shouted loudly, "Get up quickly, the wolf pack is here!"
This shout immediately cut through the quietness of the night, and everyone who was still asleep was shocked. The moment the wolf heard my scream, he immediately let out a low roar and rushed towards me.
"Be careful!"
Miaoyan shouted, grabbed something on the ground, and suddenly hit the wolf that was flying towards him.
In the moonlight, a cold light flashed by. The wolf was opened and fell to the ground. He immediately turned around and stood up again, looking up at us, and his green eyes were staring at Miaoyan fiercely.
I was scared and sweated in cold sweat. When I looked down, Miaoyan actually held a scimitar in his hand!
It was the one that Yu Wenying gave her before. Because she knew that she would encounter many wild beasts by the lake, she kept leaving her body for a moment, and even pressed the scimitar under the pillow when she was sleeping. Unfortunately, she didn't know how to use it, so she only hit the back of the wolf, but because the scimitar was very heavy, the blow was still full of power!
Unexpectedly, it was Miaoyan who saved me from the wolf's kiss!
I was frightened and happy in my heart, but at this time I didn't have time to think too much. Because of being alarmed, all the wild wolves rushed towards us. Some guards had no time to react and were thrown to the ground by the wild wolves, screaming in pain. Some of them reacted very quickly, and immediately pulled out the sword at hand and started fighting with the wild wolves.
Miaoyan was probably a little surprised and hit the wild wolf with one blow, but the wolf was even more fiercely aroused by her, and glared at us with a grin. I dragged Nangong Lizhu with one hand and held Miaoyan's shoulder with the other hand. My daughter held the scimitar in both hands and stood in front of us two adults.
She actually came to protect us!
"Mom, you have to be careful!"
She shouted while staring at the wolf in front of her. The wolf slowly moved its steps, as if she wanted to find a breakthrough, but no matter which direction it was going, Miaoyan immediately held a scimitar at it, unwilling to relax at all.
I wanted to go up and get the knife in her hand, but as soon as we moved, the wolf began to bare his teeth at us. Suddenly, we didn't dare to act rashly.
Time passes by little by little.
I heard the screams from the servants around me, and the shrill howls of wild wolves, which sounded in this Gobi Desert, and even spread far from the lake. In just one stick of incense, I could smell the strong smell of blood around me, piercing into people's noses.
And Miaoyan, holding such a heavy scimitar, gradually couldn't hold on.
As the scimitar in her hand sinks little by little, a trace of hideous and cruel light flashes in the wolf's eyes. When his hind legs sink, he jumps towards her suddenly, and suddenly jumps up and opens his bloody mouth and bites her head.
"Miscellaneous words!"
I quickly looked at her and protected her in front of her.
At this moment, a familiar silver light flashed in front of me, and I heard the wolf "whistle" sound, falling less than ten feet away from Miaoyan and me. A bloody mouth extends from under my neck to my stomach. Like the wolf before, blood and intestines spilled all over the floor.
I looked up with lingering fear. It was indeed Yu Wenying. He had already been stained with blood from there. He probably had been killing many wolves. I don’t know how many wolves had been killed. At this time, I grabbed Miaoyan’s hand: “Princess, Miss Yan, are you okay?”
"No, we're fine!"
"It's fine!"
He looked around in a blink of an eye and the sword was standing in front of his chest: "Be careful, there are still many wolves around!"
When we looked up, under the moonlight, there were indeed many green spots of light flashing even further. What we met were the closest wolves.
Why did so many come all at once?
I rushed to the bedside where I was sleeping, pulled out my scimitar, threw Nangong Lizhu's one to her, and shouted: "Get up on your spirits, or just wait for it as a dish!"
Perhaps stimulated by blood, Nangong Lizhu finally cheered up. She trembled and grabbed the hilt of the knife in her hand, and pointed the tip of the knife at the wild wolves around her.
With Yu Wenying by his side, we were much safer. After killing all the hungry wolves that were rushing towards us like chopping melons and vegetables, he found that there were more wolves rushing towards us, which was a bit incredible. He frowned and said loudly: "We can't stay here anymore. We have to leave and go to the highlands!"

Yu Wenying pointed to the front and said, "Let's go there and pick up the fire!"
Some guards who had already retreated from the attack of the wolf pack immediately picked up the burning bonfire on the ground. The flames passed by the night sky, leaving a long light and shadow. For a moment, too many torches lit up, making people a little dizzy. Yu Wenying urged us to retreat back and cut us off.
"Go away, go with them!"
Miaoyan, and Nangong Lizhu, holding a scimitar in his hands, retreating to a higher place little by little.
Just as we had pushed a long way and were about to reach that high ground, the wolves seemed to have discovered our intentions. The hungry wolves who were approaching immediately rushed up desperately. Especially when they saw that Miaoyan was the youngest, they all rushed towards her. I gritted my teeth and held the scimitar in my hand and waved it desperately. Two or three hungry wolves were cut to the ground by me. Seeing that they were about to get up, Miaoyan and Nangong Lizhu immediately rushed forward, and took the knife to cut the hungry wolves into several pieces.
Blood poured their heads and faces.
Nangong Lizhu was trembling herself, and she was poured with blood. She screamed suddenly: "Ah——! Ah! Come again, come again!"
As he said that, he was about to rush into the pack of wolves. I was so scared that I grabbed her clothes: "Don't be impulsive!"
This was probably the first time she faced blood and death like this, and she experienced all this with her own hands. She was a little broken. After being pulled like this, she looked at me in a daze. I said, "Don't treat yourself really as a master. Retreat quickly, follow them!"
It was then that she seemed to have a little bit of sanity, with blood dripping on her face, and I dragged it backwards.
The wolves chased us for a while at first, but Yu Wenying took a knife and killed several strong hungry wolves one after another. In addition, the servants waved around with torches to scare them, so they gradually slowed down and we took advantage of the opportunity to speed up and leave the area.
On the dark Gobi Desert, the smell of blood and the sound of distant wolf howls spread far away with the wind...
|
The wind blew thousands of miles with dust and the strong smell of blood gradually blew away, leaving only this empty field with traces of fighting.
The night seemed to return to tranquility again.
The lake also calmed down, like a mirror reflecting the bright moon of stars all over the sky. People don’t know what secrets are hidden in the deep sky that has been longing for billions of years, and they also cannot know what kind of underwater cave heaven is reflected in every light on the celestial surface.
However, such calmness did not last long.
In the dark night, a bubble suddenly appeared in the middle of the calm lake, and the water suddenly appeared.
Then, another one.
Immediately afterwards, a series of bubbles emerged from the bottom of the lake, and for a moment it was like a pot of water boiling in that place. The water surface gradually became turbulent, and ripples spread out.
In the middle of the ripples, a black shadow suddenly appeared, rising from the bottom of the lake, protruding out of the water with a thud, causing a huge splash of water.
In an instant, the whole night seemed to be boiling.
The black shadow seemed to be holding something in his hand, but it seemed that he had been diving under the water for a long time. He choked very hard, and his other hand smeared the water on his face, coughing suppressedly.
But just as he turned his head and slowly swam to the shore, almost approaching the lake shore, a cold voice rang out-
"You finally took action."
Suddenly, the black shadow suddenly froze in the middle of the water.
