Chapter 11 The King of Wronged Souls

Legri looked around and there was no one else except his subordinates who had become wronged souls and his old comrades who were fighting with him.

"Are you here alone?" asked Legri.

"Or what? Do you still see that I have teammates?" Nelia asked back.

Legri was silent for a moment, with a look of worry in his eyes.

"Okay, what happened to this city to become what it is now?" Nelia asked.

“I don’t know the details, but what I know is that I was having dinner with my family that day.

Just like in the past, but until a magical impact broke out in the palace, the dark blue light that rendered the entire night sky was still unforgettable."

Legri paused slightly when he said this. Nelia did not interrupt Legri's words. Sometimes she did not interrupt others' excessive memories, and might know more details.

"Then I hurriedly put on my armor and led the Knights to the Kingdom. When I arrived, I could only hear horrific screams and the corpses of soldiers with black skin all over the ground. My dry body was as thin as an old man." Legri continued.

Hearing this, Nelia touched her chin, then opened the encyclopedia as if she was looking at the ground and began to carefully search for more information about the lost country.

But strangely, the information on the panel is all garbled. Except for the known parts that Legli has told, the remaining information seems to have been eliminated by the SCP Foundation.

"It seems this is a main story." Nelia thought, raised her head and looked at Legri again.

"Do you know what's going on in the palace? For example, who casts spells during this period, or who attacks?"

Legri shook his head. During the conversation, Legri's soul had dissipated and there was only a lot left. He looked at his only remaining spirit body, "Ms. Nelia, please take my Demon-Eating Sword and then end this nightmare that has lasted for thousands of years."

Nelia remained silent, looked at the Demon-Devouring Sword on the ground, then picked up the heavy giant sword and turned around and left.

Looking at Nelia leaving, Legri closed his eyes, "I keep wandering around this nightmare land, but I'm glad I've been able to fight with you..."

After saying this last words before dissipation, Legri's last soul dissipated.

The warrior spirits in the distance resisted the revolving attacks of the Knights of the Injured Souls. The noble knight spirit still influenced the behavior of these Injured Souls knights. They followed the rules of duels to fight one-on-one duels with the warrior spirits, and one after another was injured by the warrior spirits and fell to the ground.

"It's really... what kind of generals will bring out what kind of soldiers."

Nelia, who was observing in the dark for a moment, commented on the wronged knights under Legri's command. The painful death twisted their faces, and even death did not distort their lofty beliefs. You can imagine what kind of army it was.

He walked out of the ruins with the Demon-Devouring Sword, and his eyes emitting strange red light looked at Nelia. The giant sword in his hand was duel against the Knights of the Injured Souls.

"Your Knight Captain has been defeated by me, and I have given him the most glorious moment as a Knight. Now it is your turn, and if you are ready, take up your sword and face me, and embrace glory like your Knight Captain."

After Nelia finished speaking, she inserted the Demon-Devouring Sword straight on the ground, pulled out her long sword and looked at the Knights of the Injured Souls.

A soul knight pulled out his spiritual sword and stood opposite Nelia, then attacked Nelia. Nelia, who waved the sword blade, also chopped towards the soul knight.

The golden light lit up the blade in Nelia's hand again. The hit Knight of the Soul Knight was instantly purified and quickly turned into a golden light that dissipated. Then another Knight of the Soul Knight of the Soul stood up...

On the other hand, the warrior spirit who had dealt with a Knight of the Witch, came back to his senses. No Knight of the Witch, stood up in front of him, and he turned to look at the long dragon of the Witch, who saw Nelia's side.

And when he looked at Nelia, the graceful sword dance made the warrior's spirit stunned. Nelia's cold and arrogant expression now burst into another kind of beauty.

Just like the blue rose in the flowerbed, there are thorns hidden under the cold flowers. Now in the eyes of the warrior spirits, Nelia has become the cold and gorgeous thorny rose.

Looking at Nelia's figure blankly, the warrior's spirit admired the scene of Nelia's battle. He knew that his feelings were not love, but about watching the respectful attitude towards the warrior.

Watching the battle quietly until all the wronged knights dissipated, Nelia turned her head and looked at the warrior's spirit, then turned around and put the Demon-Devouring Sword into the inventory.

"Do you know anything about the destruction of this city?" Nelia asked.

"I don't know. At that time, I was still patrolling the city defense. When I realized something happened to the king capital... I only saw strange blue lights emitted from the palace." The warrior's spirit body replied plainly.

"It seems that all the spearheads are directly pointing to the palace..." Nelia held her chin and thought, and her mission panel jumped out again, showing the information of "Destroy the group of evil spirits magicians in the palace castle" and "Destroy the group of evil spirits paladins in the palace castle".

"I need to go to the Kingdom to investigate. Can I lead the way?"

The warrior spirit heard Nelia's words and then turned his head to look at the towering building in the distance. The broken window at the highest point emitted the same blue light as before, and wisps of white mist like human faces hovered at the top of the building.

"Then let's go, time doesn't wait for anyone." Nelia said as she walked towards the palace in the distance. The warrior spirit behind her didn't say anything, but also took a step forward in front of Nelia.

In the palace, on the abandoned throne, the blue spirit slowly opened its eyes, and its twisted facial expression was completely inconsistent with the gorgeous armor on his body.

The wronged soul wearing a crown slightly picked up the purple-black two-handed hammer in his hand, and then fell heavily on the ground under his throne. The dull and loud voice echoed in the palace, awakening one wronged soul after another in the palace.

The wronged soul mage wearing a mage robe and holding a spiritual staff, the wronged soul paladin wearing armor holding a spiritual war hammer, and countless wronged soul soldiers and wronged soul maids awakened at this moment, and the grim and twisted roar of pain came one after another in the abandoned palace.
