Chapter 499: Namo Tripitaka Tathagata; the Jade Emperor’s actions are not small either(1/2)

Master Tripitaka’s previous life was Jin Chanzi, the second disciple of Buddha.

It seems that Jin Chanzi descended to earth to experience calamity just to obtain scriptures from the West.

Now that the sutra collection is successful, there was originally an additional Chantan Buddha in Lingshan, but unexpectedly, Master Tripitaka jumped out of the cage and was not promoted to a great position by Lingshan.

Even now, the title of "Holy Buddha" is a spontaneous honorific title given by all living beings in the world. Master Tripitaka is still an ordinary monk as always.

This is also what surprises the immortals and Buddhas in the three realms the most.

It can be seen from this that people's ambition to "walk in the world of mortals and help all sentient beings" is not just a matter of words.

What does cultivation mean?

What is true fruit?

In the words of Fa Hai: I am a practitioner who only seeks positive results...does this mean that the meaning of practice is lost?

The poor monk does not seek any Dharma and attainment, he just does what he thinks he should do.

Being enlightened but not realizing it seems to be the inheritance of Master Tripitaka... Even though all the demons asked for help from the Buddha to promote Little White Dragon to the status of Bodhisattva, Little White Dragon still went his own way... and never proved himself.

The state of Bodhisattva.

At this point, even Lingshan has nothing to do with him.

Throughout the ages, every Buddhist sect has not been holding back its efforts to achieve enlightenment. Even if they cannot become a Buddha or achieve the status of a Bodhisattva, even if they can become an Arhat, it is still a very remarkable thing...

Until a few of their masters and disciples suddenly appeared... Lingshan had to beg them to be promoted to great positions.

It was also the appearance of their masters and disciples that immediately raised the image of eminent Buddhist monks to an infinite level... Even now all living beings in the world say: The Buddha is the real Buddha unless he becomes a Buddha...

A true eminent monk will only care about the suffering of the people and devote himself to the salvation of all sentient beings... What is achieved through cultivation is just a passing cloud, how can it be regarded by an eminent monk?

And never use such philistine words to insult the eminent monk!

Not to mention, it seems that after these remarks spread, many eminent monks in the world suddenly became enlightened, let go of their past obsession with achieving enlightenment, and suddenly felt that the world was clear and bright, and the mystery of all things was before their eyes.

Some eminent Zen monks even condensed the relics on the spot after their sudden enlightenment, and said bluntly: "The Tripitaka is born, and the Buddha's Dharma is clear in the sky."

What surprised everyone even more was that none of these eminent monks who had condensed the relics had any intention of attaining enlightenment. Instead, they packed up their bags and left the Buddhist temple one by one to go to the world of mortals to save sentient beings.

Perhaps... it was because of this that the master and the apprentice became so distant from each other that they turned against each other?

Even people in Buddhism can't figure out the key points of these things, let alone outsiders... In fact, if I really want to get to the bottom of it, not many people can figure it out. Most of them just want to have fun.

If this kind of fun will burn them, they will naturally follow the principle of seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages and take the initiative to avoid it.

The main reason is that this relic originating from Upaladha Buddha is really unexpected, which makes them unintentionally confused.

But in fact, for the Buddhists present, although the relics of the former Buddha are sacred objects of Buddhism and cannot be desecrated...if they are in charge of Master Tripitaka, they will all be convinced.

This also shows that Master Tripitaka’s name as “Holy Buddha” has already penetrated deeply into the mind and body.

Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva has already stepped down from the altar, and the relic was pushed to the top of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda by Master Tripitaka.

When everyone saw that Master Tripitaka did not do any protection for the relics, they inevitably felt a little unsafe in their hearts. With such a treasure so brightly photographed on the top of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, weren't they afraid of attracting covetous attention?

If you lose the Buddha treasure, then...

Um?

It seems that this relic is just that to Master Tripitaka. He doesn't even care about the relics he has condensed... This relic may be a Buddhist treasure to others, but it is not yet

As for Master Tripitaka taking it too seriously.

Besides, Master Tripitaka is in the Big Wild Goose Pagoda on weekdays. Who dares to steal treasures in front of him?

As for snatching it by force... that is even more nonsense. Not to mention that they are not the opponents of Master Tripitaka. Even those powerful men of the three realms who can defeat Master Tripitaka, who would specifically come to snatch this relic?

?

To put it another way, even if Master Tripitaka is out and away and steals the treasure... you must first have the ability to dodge the six ears of the six-eared macaque.

Besides, there is a "thief" like the Great Sage here, so he may not dare to show off in the hands of such experts.

Unless the great sage can't help but indulge in hand addiction...

After thinking about this, everyone felt that it was quite appropriate for the relic to be placed on the top of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

The golden light of the relic may not be visible during the day, but if it comes at night, it will definitely be a grand scene in the three realms... I just don't know what the leader of the Jisai Kingdom will think after hearing about this.

After all, the relics enshrined in the former Jinguang Temple and now the Fulong Temple in Zhenguo were originally their signature. It was precisely because of this relic that the Sacrifice Kingdom became the suzerainty of the country, and the original Gaochang, Xiliang and other four kingdoms

Surrender and worship.

Of course, this kind of thing that makes countries surrender because of a treasure usually doesn't happen in the Central Plains.

If that treasure is really that powerful, then the heroes of the Central Plains human race will only have one thought: "Why can't I be the one in charge of that treasure?"

Previously, because of the Xuanyuan Sword's coming into the world, some thoughtful people were secretly stirring up trouble, saying that whoever gets the Xuanyuan Sword will conquer the world.

Among them, there are many people who lack sense and believe it is true and are eager to try it.

But he basically didn't show much attention, and was dealt with by Yuan Tiangang's bad guys. It can be said that it didn't cause any big disturbance.

But one of the most important reasons is that Xuanyuan Sword has not appeared in the world. Even if Yuan Tiangang and Li Chunfeng jointly calculated, they could not calculate the whereabouts of Xuanyuan Sword at all.

A few years later, the initial turmoil of searching for Xuanyuan Sword gradually subsided.

As for those who still refused to give up... on the premise of not disturbing the people, the bad guys did not press too hard. Instead, they were left to look for them... In the words of their leader Yuan Tiangang, they had nothing to do anyway.

, why not let them explore the road ahead, what if there are any clues?

"Namo Tripitaka Tathagata."

Um?

When the Great Sun Tathagata came to the stage, he clasped his hands and did not give Master Tripitaka a chance to speak. He met him as a fellow disciple and then looked at each other.

Everyone present was stunned at first, and then became ecstatic!

The Great Sun Tathagata did not expect that he would be the only "Buddha" present.

It’s also strange that Tripitaka’s post among the Buddhas in Lingshan was only given to himself and Tathagata Buddha... When the two of them received the post, they didn’t know why, but they inexplicably thought of Maitreya Buddha, the Buddha from the east.

.

By the way... didn't the Consciousness-only Sect founded by Master Tripitaka inherit the Yoga Sect of Maitreya Buddha?

Why does it look like the two of them are not too close?

But it’s not easy for them to ask about this. They can’t just go to Maitreya Buddha with the invitation and then ask: Why didn’t Tripitaka invite you when he opened his sect?

Although the Great Sun Tathagata really thought about doing this, he felt that there was no need to offend people to death, so he gave up.

Master Tripitaka actually doesn't have a very good relationship with the Buddhas in Lingshan, either from his own perspective or from the perspective of "Golden Chanzi"... so he doesn't post that many posts.

All the Bodhisattvas only gave it to Guanyin Bodhisattva.

Even Samantabhadra Bodhisattva and Peacock Daming King Bodhisattva did not receive the invitation, let alone other Bodhisattvas.

The difference is that Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, who did not receive the invitation, was in Luzhou, Beiju to transcend demons and demons, and did not come this time... He just asked Muzha to say hello to Master Tripitaka on his behalf; while Bodhisattva Peacock Daming King wanted to take Princess Peacock back to practice

, I just stopped by Chang'an to have a look.

Regarding the fact that Master Tripitaka did not send an invitation, Peacock Daming King Bodhisattva did not even take it seriously... After all, judging from the few people invited by Master Tripitaka, if he was included among them, he would feel uncomfortable.

The Great Sun Tathagata also gave me face, without saying a word when they met...he directly announced unilaterally that he, the "Great Sun Tathagata", the leader of the Tantric religion, recognized Master Tripitaka's title of Holy Buddha.

It doesn't matter if Master Tripitaka doesn't decide on the Buddha's name. The poor monk will preach it for you... The so-called eagerness for justice and love for justice is nothing better than this.

Thinking back to the scene when they first met at Futu Mountain, the Great Sun Tathagata never expected that Master Tripitaka would make such rapid progress. After just over ten years of learning, he would actually improve in cultivation and realm.

They all have such a terrifying improvement.

What makes him most incredible is the establishment of the "Consciousness Only Sect". Even if Jin Chanzi's true spirit is revived, he still has a little idea of what Jin Chanzi looked like back then...

He is just a reckless monk, and he is definitely not so wise.

Otherwise, Buddha would not have driven him down to the mortal world and endure reincarnation because of his "laughing at a flower".

Therefore, the Great Sun Tathagata believes in one thing more, that is, the resurrection of Jin Chanzi's true spirit is true, but perhaps the true spirit was accepted by Sanzang... The real leader is Tang Sanzang, who truly has great wisdom.

Yes, it is also Tang Sanzang.

Jin Chanzi's true spirit was resurrected, just to let Master Tripitaka know about the Mahayana Buddhist scriptures in Lingshan Sutra Pavilion in advance...and during the fourteen years on the road to obtain scriptures, Master Tripitaka integrated them into a complete sect of his own.

Therefore, there is a scene where the Lingshan debate is invincible to all the Buddhas.

At this moment, the words "Namo Tripitaka Holy Buddha" came out...it shocked the Guanyin Bodhisattva who had just stepped off the altar. I thought that Tathagata Buddha had sent the relics of Upalatha Buddha, which was already an unexpected move.

, I didn’t expect this one to be even less stable.

The Bodhisattva clearly saw a rare look of astonishment on the face of Master Tripitaka opposite Mahavairocana. This was an expression that was rarely seen on Tripitaka's face.

Well, it’s not in vain.

This grand event should not have any big surprises, but small surprises from time to time have never stopped.

When the Great Sun Tathagata said "Namo Tripitaka Holy Buddha", Tripitaka knew this "Buddha's name". Even if he explicitly refused at this moment, it would be of no avail.

because...

"Namo Tripitaka Tathagata!"
To be continued...
