Sexual Variation in Ancient China - Sexual Abuse (sm) (reposted)
Since sexual perversion belongs to the scope of forensic research and belongs to forensic biopsy, I have written this in this book. However, regarding Hao Qian's sadism and masochism, some people say that this is a Hu writer, insisting that it was passed down from Japan, called SM. In fact, this is a misunderstanding of Chinese history. The following repost is enough to illustrate the problem:
This is a perverted phenomenon that achieves sexual satisfaction through abuse of others or self-abuse. From a common sense, abuse and abuse will only cause physical pain. How can sexual pleasure come from? But this situation has existed since ancient times, and from its roots, it is also quite universal. Professor Pan Guangdan believes that having pleasure in slight pain is a very real psychological effect. The word "告" in Chinese characters is derived from the word "告". Although "告" is a sound, it is not unreasonable. Therefore, 告 is a abuser, but he is afraid that the abuse component is too much, which causes painful resentment. Therefore, "告" has the words "告告告告告告告告告告". In our common words, it is also this kind of psychology to say that something is "pleasant" to do.
When men and women are in love, they often bite each other and enjoy slight pain, which is called "love bite". Therefore, in ancient China, men and women fall in love and enter into marriage agreements in private, was called "arm bite". In the boudoir, between men and women, especially men and women, like to pick up strands of red marks on their necks (made by the tiny blood vessels being broken). People in Jiangnan called it "squeeze sha", or "love bite". The above phenomena should be said to be normal, but like any other thing, if the limit is exceeded, they become sadomasochist or masochist, and become sexual perverts.
There were few records about this in the Qin and Han dynasties, but later it was recorded, especially in the era when whipping was popular in the past, there were more sadisms in the way of whipping. For example, Zhao Delin of the Song Dynasty said: "Lu Shilong, the guard of Xuancheng, was very good at making small crimes for prostitutes in the camp. Later, he got a guest prostitute in the music book. He was famous for singing and singing, and it was very popular in Jiangnan. Shilong was favored. One day, he wanted to play prostitutes in the camp. The prostitute cried and said, "I dare not avoid the stick, but I am afraid that someone who has just arrived is uneasy." Shilong laughed and followed him. Lihua was short and fat, so Mei Shengyu wrote a poem called "Don't beat the duck" to explain it: "Don't beat the duck, don't beat the duck, and the duck is shocked. The mandarin duck fell from the south pond, which is not as good as the old bald trunk in the Guzhou. The bald trunk still wants to fly far away, let alone the mandarin ducks are long.'" From the above incident, Lu Shilong's sadism is quite a degree.
There are many records about sadism in later books. For example, in the "Notes of Youtai Xianguan" by Yu Yue of the Qing Dynasty, a story is recorded: "During Qianlong, there was a certain A person who died in the county magistrate who went to southern Yunnan for less than a year. He had no son, and he only had one wife, one wife's brother, one servant and one mother. No matter what, his wife's brother died, and all the servants scattered; his wife was still young and stayed in the house, but after a long time, he had no food, and washed clothes for others to support himself, bleeding from his ten fingers, and he couldn't help but starve and cold.
.A neighbor of the mother is a media clerk in the official family. After one day, he said, "Why is it so hard? Now there is a strategy that can temporarily save hunger and cold, can you follow it?" The woman asked her, "The new county magistrate, a young man, was frivolous and admired the name of Taoism and scholars. He liked to beat prostitutes, and he must take off his clothes. The prostitutes were ashamed of him, and he asked for more money to avoid it. He also used more money to buy him for himself, and there was no one else. If he could replace him, he would make an appointment with the prostitutes, and he would receive a stick and give him a thousand dollars.
Everyone was bribed by prostitutes, and the sticks must be light, and their bodies are not known, so they were not ashamed of the people in the spring. The woman was poor and lost her ambition, so she followed her plan. Later, there were prostitutes in the town who were supposed to be officials, and they all replaced them. All the people in the county knew about it, and they laughed at her as dull and shameless. However, the woman accumulated more than 200 gold and returned to the burial of her husband's mourning. I said that although this woman was very humiliated, she was not considered unfaithful, and she did not care about her parents' bodies.
The remains of his husband cannot be called unrighteous. A gentleman is mourning his ambition and grief in his mistakes, which cannot be compared." Yu Yue focuses here on writing about the "woman who was beaten" and made some moral evaluations from his own point of view. However, from this incident, we see that the county magistrate who "a young man who admires the name of Taoism" likes to beat him as a naked prostitute. This is obviously related to sexual perverted psychology and belongs to the category of sadism.
In addition to sadism, there are masochists. It is worth noting that ancient sadism was mostly linked to power and abused by power. Moreover, this sadism was often mixed with morality and law, such as officials abused the people and abused the husband equally, while masochists were completely unrestrained by these conditions. Therefore, from this point of view, the speed of sexual psychopathy of masochists should generally be even more serious than sadism.
For example, Zhu Meishu of the Qing Dynasty, "The Collection of Worries" (Volume 9) said "buttock itch": "Yaozhuang Gu Wenhu was tired of leaves and hairpins, and was accustomed to enjoy a lot of depression. Suddenly, he encouraged his family to hold a bamboo comb, untied his pants and received a staff of twenty. Later, he became accustomed to it. His family was disgusted with it, and he would scold him if he was a little lighter. Or he would use a staff to stick it down and shout it quickly. In this way, he gradually felt pain and stopped..."
"The Record of Insects" (Volume 2) of Xiaocai Hengzi said: "Wu Xing, a student of the literary talent, had a strange spirit, and he would win the championship when he tried. However, he liked to receive a stick. Whenever comrades gathered, they would go out of Xia Chu. If those who were strong would whip their buttocks hard, they would be as fast as they would, otherwise their blood would be suffocated and they would feel sick."
There are also manifestations of masochism that do not need to be whipped. In the Tang Lutong's "Yuquanzi Record", there is an example of Yang Xigu saying: "Yang Xigu... is eccentric and obsessed with Buddhist teachings; he often put monks in the chapter, displaying Buddha images and mixed with banners and covers; the so-called temples, who always go into the temples, always go into the temples and bow down to the ground, so that monks can recite the Diamond Sutra three times on it. They are clean and they must go to the toilet. They must be scattered in their clothes and have nothing to do, and then they will be taller." In the above description, the "so-called temple" means that this kind of temple is different from the general temples; the Diamond Sutra three times on it, which takes a long time, and monks must recite it on it, all of which contain the content of masochism.
The phenomenon of sexual perversion is a question that is still being studied in the sexual science community today. There are roughly reasons such as innate inheritance, acquired acquisition, temporary venting, or seeking some sexual stimulation due to curiosity and change. There are many examples of narrative perversion in ancient Chinese literature, but the reasons are not discussed in theory. However, if we analyze it based on some popular views in the sexual science community at present, it seems to be generally similar. For example, the one mentioned above has a romance. Ruan Fu seems to have a congenital influence. Yuan Mei of the Qing Dynasty wrote a poem by Chunjiang Gongzi, a perverted sexual pervert, said: "People have their own temperaments, trees have their own branches and leaves, and they are not salty husbands, and they would rather be concubines." They also hold innate theory. However, the acquired influence cannot be ignored. For example, Deng Sheng, who was afraid of radish when he was an anti-fetish, may be due to some malignant psychological stimulation when he was young. There must be many such cases, but due to insufficient information, it is still difficult for us to analyze it now. . In "Notes from Yuewei Caotang" (Volume 12), "A woman's lust and debauchery comes from the natural nature of lust; if a child is not a child, he is given a gift at a young age, or is a powerful person." This can also be said to be a acquired theory. As for those corpses and traits, most of them are ignorant, low in intelligence, and long-term suppression of sexual desire, so they seek catharsis through this perverted way. As for homosexuals and sadomasochism, they often appear between the palace and the aristocratic class earlier, which is extremely lustful and debauchery. , The mind is empty, the pursuit of novel and stimulation, and the play of men when you get tired of playing with women, and the sexual intercourse is not good enough, and it is very related to abuse. It seems that sexual perversion has nothing to do with politics in general, but since it is a largely social and cultural phenomenon, it has also been marked by exploitation and oppression on one side, of course, there are many complex reasons in other aspects. In ancient China, there was also the saying of "cause and effect reincarnation" and "things are determined before", and of course there is no scientific basis for this.
