The three methods of "breaking ignorance and enlightenment" are also a causal relationship. Only when one quits one's bad habits and delusions can one's mind be calm and one's "concentration can produce wisdom" appears.

If a person seeks profit and forgets righteousness all day long, fights for power and power, it is difficult to calm down and has no time to think quietly, how can he obtain great perfect wisdom? (2) Kowtow three times: One kowtow one means respecting the Buddha (the enlightened one). The second kowtow one makes a vow to learn from the enlightened one and return to the Buddhist. The third kowtow one is to reflect on and repent of his mistakes and sins in front of the solemn person. This is the true meaning of lighting three incense sticks and kowtow three times.
