Chapter 476 Accident(1/2)

 Gulan Ranch.

This is the focus of Luke's trip. Not only does the little fat guy want to go there, but Luke also wants to come here.

Gulan Ranch is located in the northeastern part of Oahu. The scenery is very magnificent. It is famous for its beautiful and vast natural environment. Many American blockbusters were filmed here.

Although he had already seen the pictures, when Luke drove to Gulan Ranch, he was still shocked by the beautiful scenery here, with overlapping mountains, lush green mountains, endless forests and blue water.

The little fat man's eyes widened and he grinned widely, "God, is this paradise?"

Val quipped, "There are no fees in heaven."

Linda surrounded the beautiful scenery and said in an excited tone, "I feel like this place is very familiar... Yes, this is the filming location of Fifty First Loves."

I remember that mountain, where the hero and heroine were standing and taking pictures.

There is also the white pier, the heroine is wearing a pair of white pants, standing under the pavilion and crying...

I felt like I was in a movie."

Seeing that the other four people had no reaction at all, Linda asked, "Haven't you seen it?"

Robert said, "Does Windtalker count?"

Little Fatty, "I have watched Journey to the Center of the Earth, and it was also filmed here."

Val, "Jurassic Park."

Luke, "Lost."

Everyone can find their favorite movies and TV series here.

The four people transferred to a six-wheel military jeep and began to explore the original Hakipu Valley, following jungle trails through riverbeds and steep hills to experience the true original Hawaiian scenery.

The little fat man pointed to the valley not far away, looking forward to it, "Hey, there are people riding horses over there, should we try it later?"

"Believe me, those are tamed old horses. Their speed is comparable to that of a snail. It doesn't mean anything." Val pointed at the ATV quad bikes on the hillside and said with a smile.

"That's what men should play."

Luke pointed to the zip line and said, "Does anyone want to try this? It should be very exciting."

Robert shook his head, "You go ahead and have fun. These are too unfriendly to the elderly. I'm responsible for taking photos for you."

Many movies have been filmed here, but Kualoa Ranch is well protected. There are no private buildings or modern buildings that are incompatible with nature.

It is a completely original and most authentic natural environment, with blue sky, white clouds, sea, mountains, green grass, pastures, dense plants, clear streams, leisurely cows and sheep on the hillside...

The family of five had a great time here, and it didn't end until one o'clock in the afternoon. Luke was so hungry that he returned to the Jeep Wrangler to eat.

The food is simple, sandwiches, milk and coffee.

The five of them were eating, talking and laughing, talking about their previous travel experience, and were very satisfied with the trip.

"Jingle Bell……"

Luke's cell phone rang.

Everyone looked at Luke, and Linda asked, "Rhett?"

Luke took out his phone and shook his head, "It's a friend."

Luke got out of the car and sat on the sloped lawn not far away to answer the phone, "Hi, beauty, good afternoon."

Orti's voice came from the phone, "It should be noon in Hawaii now, right?"

"How did you know I was in Hawaii? Care about me so much?"

"I saw what you posted on Facebook."

Luke smiled, "Which picture do you like?"

"The one about snorkeling under the sea. I actually wanted to go snorkeling, but I just never had the time."

Luke smiled, "You probably didn't call today just to tell me that you wanted to go swimming."

"You guessed it right, I'm here to act as a lobbyist this time."

"When did you change careers and you didn't tell me?"

"I didn't change careers. Someone posted a commission at Pinkerton Detective Agency, hoping to find you and convince you to return to Los Angeles and work."

"Haha..." Luke smiled, "Is the commission considerable?"

"1,000,000."

"Wow, then you are going to become a rich woman soon."

Orti asked, "Do you think I can complete this task?"

"Of course you can, but you have to wait a few days... I'm still on vacation with my family. When I return to Los Angeles in a few days, I will tell you as soon as possible, and I will tell you only."

Orti sighed, "But the deadline for the task is tomorrow."

"This is a bit overwhelming. If I leave now, my little brother will be very disappointed.

My mother will never help him pay for extra rides."

"If you have time, I mean, can we meet without affecting your time with your family?"

Luke was a little surprised, "You came to Hawaii?"

"Yes. I originally wanted to wait for you at the hotel, but I didn't think it was polite.

So, do you have time to bask in the sun at Waikiki Beach?”

Luke glanced at his watch and said, "OK, I can make it there around two o'clock."

Waikiki Beach.

This is the most famous beach in the world, with blue sea, blue sky, soft white sand, and swaying coconut trees. It is an ideal place for families to relax during their holidays.

Under the umbrella on the easternmost side of the beach, a Latina beauty in a swimsuit was sitting on a lounge chair applying sunscreen. Her exquisite face, uneven curves, and slender legs attracted the attention of many people.

Not only men like to look at beautiful women, but women also do.

Luke rushed to Waikiki Beach and just glanced at it, spotting the graceful Orti among the crowd.

"Hi, beauty, long time no see." Luke walked over with a smile, saw her applying sunscreen on her legs, and said with a smile, "Do you need any help?"

Orti raised his head and said with a smile, "You came just in time, help me apply it on my back."

Looking at her smooth and graceful back, Luke couldn't help but refuse.

He took the sunscreen and applied it evenly on Orti's shoulders, back, and lower back, attracting the envious and jealous eyes of many men and women.

He could understand the gazes of those men. What the hell were those women?

Luke applied sunscreen and handed it to Orti on the side. He also lay on the lounge chair on the other side. He had been playing at Gulan Ranch all morning and was a little tired.

"When did you arrive in Hawaii?"

"It was noon today, an hour before I called you."

"Why not say it on the phone instead of making a special trip?" Luke asked.

"Stop talking nonsense, I can't ask you on the phone. You're worth a trip.

Besides, the deadline isn’t due until tomorrow.

I can still enjoy the scenery of Hawaii for a day, and even if I am rejected by you, my trip will not be in vain."

Luke smiled and said, "I like your mentality.

Who entrusted you to find me? What kind of job do you mean by asking me to return to Los Angeles?"

Orti blinked his big eyes and said playfully, "It seems that this commission has aroused your interest."

"They found the right lobbyist."

"Thank you for your recognition." Orti smiled and continued,

"The client's name is Bruce Redman. His daughter was kidnapped on the night of March 11. The kidnappers demanded 5,000 ounces of gold, which is approximately equivalent to 10 million US dollars."

Luke confirmed, "The kidnappers want gold, not dollars."

"Yes, this situation is indeed rare."

"Exchanging this gold is a big project, and the client is very busy."

Orti sighed, "What's more important is that the client did not believe the suspect. He felt that even if the gold was delivered, his daughter might be ripped off. Therefore, he hired the Pinkerton Detective Agency to act as a lobbyist.

I would like you to participate in the investigation of the case and rescue his daughter.

This is also the purpose of my coming."

Luke asked, "There are nearly 10,000 police officers in Los Angeles, four squadrons in the Robbery and Murder Division, and even the FBI. Why do you have to find me?"

Orti sat up and faced Luke, the semicircle on his chest was heavy and very eye-catching, "I also asked him, two reasons.

The first reason is that you are well-known and have participated in the detection of many big crimes. He also listed the case where the deputy mayor's daughter was kidnapped. It was you who saved her daughter.

Second point, your detection rate is currently 100%, and they think you are the most likely to rescue the hostages."
