Twenty-eighth, Journey to the West is boring

Xun Daozi's enlightenment can be said to be of great benefit, both in terms of 'realizing the Tao' and 'enlightenment'. It is of great help to the improvement of Xun Daozi's Taoism at this time. With Xun Daozi's current state of Taoism, every day

Any progress is extremely valuable.

And this enlightenment gave Xun Daozi a new understanding and understanding of the "Buddha's Dharma spread to the East". He traveled west to learn Buddhist scriptures in order to seek perfection, and imposed ninety-nine and eighty-one difficulties. This time it seemed that it turned out to be a joke.

Forget it, under the way of heaven, how can perfection be achieved? The Taoist sect's selfishness has also caused nine difficulties, and there are always plans in it. Nine is the extreme number, and this is also an attempt to achieve a small perfection, although it is not like the nine-nine great perfections planned by Buddhism.

However, this small consummation is also quite taboo. It seems that it is better not to achieve consummation in the nine difficulties of Taoism.

With this as a guide, Xun Daozi has a different understanding of various events since the beginning of the wilderness, which can be said to be more clear. Just like the famous innate spiritual roots, innate treasures, and spiritual treasures, they are all

When the heaven and earth were opened, the way of heaven came into being before it was born, and each of them achieved a certain kind of perfection. But because of this perfection, after the way of heaven was born, this perfection also lost the possibility of evolution, and could only become an object in the end, but there was no

The fate of psychic transformation.

Think about it, ordinary flowers, plants, trees, birds, animals, fish and insects all have the opportunity to open up their spiritual wisdom, channel spiritual energy, and become monks in the world. And how many spiritual roots, spiritual treasures, and shape-shifters are born in the sky?

?The more perfect and powerful you are, the less chance you have of channeling and transforming. Just like the numerous spiritual roots in Xundao Mountain, over the past hundreds of millions of years, only Su Xin, the Ganoderma lucidum, has been able to channel and transform by chance; the rest,

The perfect and powerful "Enlightenment Tea" has evolved into the number of avenues; "Nine Dragon Snow Jade Pine" accounts for the number nine; the jade lotus in the pond has twelve petals and nine lotus seeds; the green bamboos by the stream only have three hundred and sixty.

Fifth, they combine to form the Zhou Tian; they are all in perfect appearance, which can be a powerful magic weapon, but there is no chance of transformation.

After realizing it clearly, the Taoist himself has a feeling of relief: The road is difficult, but the road is firm. When you set foot on the road, you can only move forward step by step, no matter what difficulties and dangers lie ahead. Take big strides.

Xun Daozi sent a message to Su Xin, and it sank into his mind again. Most of this retreat was caused by his unprovoked recklessness in Qingwei Tianyuanshi Tianzun Dojo. There was a lot gained during this period, which needs to be sorted out.

Lu Meng, who has no reason, must also find the reason. The road is difficult and dangerous, so you must not be careless.

Besides, Tang Sanzang, Hanuman, and Monk Sha were in the sky above Naling Mountain. Although they were sealed, they still witnessed the power of the Taoist gods and the death of Zhu Bajie. Tang Sanzang, Hanuman and Monk Sha suffered the same fate.

The stimulation was even greater. Monk Sha suffered eight hundred dragon whips in his life. His skin was torn and his flesh was torn, and his heart was so painful that he almost died from the pain. After eight hundred whips, there was not an inch of good flesh in his body. Fortunately, Buddhism still required him to follow Tang Sanzang to continue to learn scriptures and give

After taking a pill, the injury was cured.

Afterwards, Tang Sanzang, Hanuman, and Monk Sha were sent back to Chechi Kingdom, but the three so-called great immortals were taken away by Yun Zhongzi, who said that since they worshiped the founder of the Sanqing Dynasty, they should abide by the rules of the Taoist sect.

Monks can help the people solve their problems, but they should not go to some human king to pray for blessings and longevity, so they took three people away.

Tang Sanzang's master and his disciples spent a month recovering in Chechi Kingdom before they got up and slowly headed west. The three of them no longer had the previous enthusiasm for going west to learn Buddhist scriptures, but they also knew that only by going west could they have any chance of survival.

Tang Sanzang was no longer actively heading west, but there was a faint resistance in his heart. Along the way, there was no longer wind and rain, less Zhu Bajie, less nagging, and less fun. Most of the time the three of them just walked silently.

Whenever you encounter a high mountain, you should inquire carefully, for fear that there are monsters and ghosts, and you will suffer unexplained disasters. If you encounter a Taoist temple, stay away from it in the barren mountains, and go in to worship in the busy city.

They were cautious and charitable along the way, but after revealing the secret protection of the Buddhist protector, Jialan and Liu Ding Liujia were anxious and didn't know what to do, but they didn't dare to interfere with Tang Sanzang's master and disciple's own behavior.

Buddhism's journey to the west to obtain Buddhist scriptures lost the approval of heaven.

The trio of Tang Sanzang were careful and cautious, and indeed they managed to avoid several hills that were supposed to block their way. On these wild hills there were domestic monsters deliberately deployed by the Buddhist sect, as well as heavenly beings to support the star master, and native demon kings. That's it.

Being avoided by Tang Sanzang's masters and disciples who were overly cautious, this made the Buddha and Bodhisattva who were always paying attention to Buddhism speechless.

That day, the three of them came to the edge of a big river. It was endless white and it was unknown how vast it was. Hanuman jumped up and stood in the air, building a pergola with his hands. He looked around and then fell to the ground. Tang Sanzang immediately fell to the ground.

He asked: "Numan, how wide is this water? Can you cross it?"

Hanuman opened his mouth and replied: "Master, this is a rare and large river. I saw it from the air. The width of this river is eight hundred miles, but the end cannot be seen up and down. I don't know how far it is, but I don't know its depth. How can I see it?"

Can’t get through!”

Monk Sha said, "Let me see if the river is deep or shallow!" Then he stepped forward. Tang Sanzang asked, "How can you tell the depth of the water?"

Monk Sha took back his raised foot and said, "Master, it's very easy to test the depth of the water. You just need to throw a pebble into the water and watch the water splash. If there are many and big splashes, then the water is shallow; if there are splashes

They are small and few, and the stones make a grunting sound as they sink, so the water is very deep!"

When Tang Sanzang heard this, he quickly said: "Then go try it and see how deep the water is!"

Monk Sha nodded and went over, picked up a stone from the river and threw it into the water. The stone fell out, causing a little splash of water, but the stone sank.

Monk Sha turned around and said, "The water is too deep and no boat can cross it without a boat!"

At this time Hanuman raised his hand and pointed, and said: "There is a stone tablet over there, go and take a look!"

Tang Sanzang and Monk Sha raised their eyes and looked where Hanuman pointed, and sure enough they saw a stone tablet as tall as a person standing by the river.

The three of them walked in and took a look. There were three large seal characters on the stele, which said "Tongtian River", and two lines of small characters, which read, "A journey of eight hundred miles has been traveled by few people from ancient times."

After reading the words on the stele, Tang Sanzang had a look of surprise on his face. How could he survive this river? But there seemed to be an inexplicable look hidden in the look of surprise.

Immediately, Tang Sanzang said: "Numan, please take a look along the river and find a place to stay. It won't be too late to cross the river!"

Hanuman agreed, jumped into the air, and flew along the river. He searched for a place to stay. Soon he came back. Pointing to where he came from, he said to Tang Sanzang: "Master, there is a village ten miles ahead with dozens of families.

Let’s go and see if we can borrow it!”

Tang Sanzang nodded in agreement, got on his horse, Hanuman led the way, and Monk Sha picked up the burden and headed for the village.

Hidden in the air, Jia Lan and Liu Ding Liujia looked at the three Tang Sanzangs who were walking forward, and finally showed a smile.

Tang Sanzang and three other people arrived at the village, looked for a family, and asked to stay, saying that they would leave as soon as they found a way to cross the river. When that family saw Hanuman for the first time, Monk Sha was very frightened, and only waited for Tang Sanzang to give him a good word.

Then he put away his fear and let the three of them enter the house.

Early the next morning, I listened to some playing and playing. When I went out, I saw a group of people carrying three animal sacrifices and beating gongs and drums heading towards the river.

Tang Sanzang quickly asked the owner of the house: "May I ask the donor, where are you going to offer sacrifices?"

The owner of the house said: "This is to offer sacrifices to the King of Inspiration at the temple by the river, to thank the King of Inspiration for the good weather here!"

Hanuman listened, turned his eyes, and asked: "Who is this great inspiration king? What efficaciousness does he enjoy this sacrifice?"

The owner of the house smiled and replied: "We don't know who this King of Inspiration is. He came here a few years ago and lived in the Tongtian River. He once showed inspiration and asked the village to worship him. This can protect this place."

The weather is good, but if we don't offer sacrifices, there will be disasters. Therefore, the village has held sacrifices in spring and autumn. Over the years, the weather has been good and there have been no disasters. Today is the autumn festival."

When Hanuman and Monk Sha heard what the owner of the house said, they looked at each other, but their expressions changed slightly. They vaguely felt something was wrong, but for a moment they didn't know what was wrong.

Tang Sanzang asked: "Does the donor know where to find a ferry?"

The owner of the house said: "The Tongtian River is extremely vast, and few people cross it, so there are no ferries for hundreds of miles up and down it!"

Tang Sanzang was not anxious after hearing this. He just asked Hanuman and Monk Sha if there was any other way to cross the river. Monk Sha said that the only way to cross the river was to build a raft.

Tang Sanzang asked the owner of the house to help him find items to build a raft. He then stayed in the village and waited for the raft to be built.

A few days later, with the help of the villagers, the raft was built. The three of them said goodbye to the villagers, boarded the raft, and rowed to the other side of the Tongtian River. Unexpectedly, halfway through the raft, huge waves rolled in the river, and the huge waves overturned the raft. Tang Sanzang

The shadow is gone.

Monk Sha used his magical power in the water to find a mansion at the bottom of the river. He listened in the dark to the little demon saying that he wanted to eat Tang Monk's meat, so he broke down the door of the mansion to save Tang Sanzang. After twenty rounds of fighting with the Inspiration King, he realized the difficulty.

Enemy the King of Inspiration, he lured the King of Inspiration out of the water, hoping to join forces with Hanuman to capture him. Unexpectedly, the King of Inspiration was also cautious and did not fall for the trick.

Monk Sha had no choice but to come out to discuss with Hanuman, and finally asked Lingshan for help. But Lingshan turned around and went to the South China Sea to ask the Great Compassionate Lord Cihang to come to the rescue. The Great Compassionate Lord only handed a purple bamboo basket to his disciple Longnu and asked her to go there.

Tongtianhe rescued Tang Sanzang.

When Dragon Girl arrived, she just threw the bamboo basket into the river and cast two spells. Then she saw the purple bamboo basket flying out of the river. In the basket, a koi carp shook its head and tail, twisting and struggling. Dragon Girl picked up the basket, and only

He opened his mouth and said: "The monsters have been collected, just go and rescue Tang Sanzang!" After saying that, he rode up the auspicious clouds and turned back to the South China Sea.

Hanuman and Monk Sha went to the riverside water house, killed all the shrimps, soldiers and crabs, rescued Tang Sanzang and landed directly on the west bank of the Tongtian River, and continued westward slowly.

The cautious Tang Sanzang and his three men were in trouble again. After passing through the Daughter Kingdom, they accidentally drank water from the Zimu River. Hanuman went to Po'er Cave in Jieyang Mountain to find the birth spring water to relieve Tang Sanzang's fetal energy. He then arrived at Jieyang Mountain.

But I saw a Taoist occupying the Po'er Cave, saying that he wanted to get the water from the birth spring. He had to prepare a gift of red wine before he could give him a pot of spring water.

Hanuman was given the gift of red wine and flowers, but looking at the Taoist attire of the self-proclaimed Immortal Ruyi, Hanuman did not dare to take action. The tragedy of the Chechi Kingdom was too deep in his memory, and the Taoist sect was obscured by the shadow.

His power in the sky did not allow him to be disrespectful in the slightest. So although this Ruyi True Immortal's Taoism was not profound, Hanuman did not dare to do anything casually anymore. He somersaulted into the air and went to Buddhism for help.

Hanuman went to Lingshan, but Tang Sanzang couldn't wait any longer. The secretly protected Buddhist monk Jielan, Jialan, and Liuding Liujia looked a little dumbfounded. What should we do about this?
