Chapter 21 Breakthrough

The meridians in the human body can be divided into twelve main meridians and eight extraordinary meridians.

The twelve meridians are the gallbladder meridian, liver meridian, lung meridian, large intestine meridian, stomach meridian, spleen meridian, heart meridian, small intestine meridian, bladder meridian, kidney meridian, pericardial meridian, and triple burner meridian;

The twelve meridians connect the positive energy of the five internal organs, including the heart, lungs, liver, spleen and kidneys, large intestine, small intestine, stomach, gallbladder, bladder, triple burner, etc.

The eight extraordinary meridians are the Du meridian, Ren meridian, Chong meridian, Ding meridian, Yangwei meridian, Yinwei meridian, Yinqiao meridian, and Yangqiao meridian.

The eight extraordinary meridians are different from the twelve regular meridians. They are neither directly related to the internal organs nor have the external and internal coordination relationship. Their circulation is different, so they are called extraordinary meridians.

First-level warriors will feel venting qi in the early stage, and the internal energy is stored in the dantian, and the qi fortune is circulating; in the middle stage, it is to open up the meridians. Note that every normal person is naturally unobstructed, and only dead people are blocked.

However, unblocking does not mean that the internal force can run rapidly in the meridians. Before it is opened, it is like a small path of sheep intestine. During the internal force operation, it is rough and difficult to move.

Opening the meridians with internal force is like building a road, widening and strengthening the sheep intestinal path, turning it into a highway.

Practicing these twelve paths and allowing internal forces to run at high speed within them is what the first-level mid-stage warriors need to do.

After all the twelve serious merits were opened, the internal force was running at high speed in the body. At this stage, the warriors at this stage increased by a lot in terms of the power and speed of their attacks.

After opening any of the eight extraordinary meridians, the warrior enters the late stage of the first level.

The eight extraordinary meridians are crisscrossed and distributed between the twelve meridians. It strengthens the connection between the twelve meridians and can store most of the internal force. When the internal force surges, the eight extraordinary meridians can accumulate. When the warrior needs it, the eight extraordinary meridians can be supplied in time.

Therefore, after the warrior reaches the late stage of the first level, his internal force will surge and his internal force can be released to form sword energy, sword energy, fist energy, etc.

At this moment, Chen Hengzhi was at the peak of the first level. All the meridians, twelve meridians and eight extraordinary meridians in his body have been opened up.

The last step is only one step away from entering the second level: open the Zujiao point and open up the Shangdantian Niwan Palace.

…………

Huashan, the cliff of thought.

This cliff is located at the top of Jade Girl Peak. There is a cave on the cliff. It was a place where disciples of the Huashan Sect had imprisoned and punished after they violated the rules of the sect.

There is no grass growing on the cliff, and there is no tree, and nothing except a cave.

Huashan was originally a Tsinghua plantation and trees, with extremely secluded scenery, but the dangerous cliffs are exceptional. According to legend, it is a pearl on the hairpin of a jade girl.

At that time, the ancestors of the Huashan School used this cliff as a place to punish their disciples, mainly because there were no grass or trees, no insects or birds here. When the punished disciples were thinking about their mistakes, they would not be disturbed by external things and would be distracted.

Of course, Chen Hengzhi knew that this was the place where Guo Xiang missed Yang Guo back then, but the ancestor of Mount Hua did not know the reason.

Sitting cross-legged on the large, smooth stone at the entrance of the cave, Chen Hengzhi saw that the three big characters "Feng Qingyang" were engraved on the left side of the stone wall, which were engraved with sharp tools, with vigorous strokes and half an inch deep.

Regarding Old Man Feng, Chen Hengzhi had also searched for Huashan many times before, but unfortunately he always left after he was over and returned empty-handed.

Later, after taking charge of the art teaching of Huashan disciples, Chen Hengzhi extinguished his desire to search.

Abandoning the distracting thoughts in his heart, Chen Hengzhi sat cross-legged in the posture of facing the sky, and his mind gradually entered the realm of emptiness and darkness.

His mind instantly entered an inward state, and he could clearly see that the powerful internal force in his body slowly flowed through the meridians, and his internal organs were also exposed in front of him.

"As far as I know, the Zu Qiao acupoint is probably located at the center of the eyebrows, so I have to look for it carefully."

Chen Hengzhi thought to himself that in an instant, his perspective came to his head, but he found that his mind could not observe the situation in his brain at all.

No wonder the extraordinary realm is so difficult to break through. I don’t know how many people will be stumped just by finding the location of the ancestral acupoint.

Fortunately, over the years, Chen Hengzhi has read a lot of books and finally found out the approximate location of the Zujiao acupoint.

There is a record in the alchemy note left by Lu Dongbin. The ancestral orifice, namely the heart of heaven, is not inside or outside the body, and cannot be explored to open it, but can only be kept silently and waited.

As for what ordinary people say, the ancestral orifice is in the space one inch inward at the end of the nose at the middle of the eyes, this is nonsense.

Now, it's time to verify.

Chen Hengzhi focused all his energy on the middle of the triangle formed by his eyebrows and eyes, constantly searching for it.

Immediately, he felt that his mind was quiet and his thoughts were stopped, his body was like a dead tree, his mind was like a water, his mind was like a cold ashes, he could not have a thought, and he returned to his mind, and everything was silent, his body and mind were forgotten, and he was in a daze, and he was in a daze.

A quarter of an hour later, Chen Hengzhi opened his eyes and looked tired. It was obvious that he failed and did not find the location of the Zu Qiao point.

"First time, I'm not experienced, I'm a little nervous!"

Chen Hengzhi summed up his experience in his heart and said silently: "It doesn't matter. When I come back after I recover my energy, I won't believe it anymore and I can't find you!"

As he got up, Chen Hengzhi stood there and started a set of boxing techniques.

It is a bit forced to say that boxing is a bit of a tough guy. He just acts casually and does whatever he feels comfortable. There is no structure, no moves, and no routines. It is commonly known as "Xia Ji Bada".

For a period of time, Chen Hengzhi was on this cliff of thought, focused on finding the ancestral acupoints. When he was exhausted, he practiced boxing, sword skills, and light skills.

Three meals a day are sent by Linghu Chong. Chen Hengzhi takes the skills to teach him in his spare time. If he does not make any progress, he will block his internal strength and squat and play with horse stance.

After more than a month, it was already the hot summer in July. Chen Hengzhi felt that he had made some progress every day. He had not found the Zujiao point, but his mental power was more condensed and his mood became more round.

Even Linghu Chong, who was delivering food, muttered to himself that the senior brother's temperament became more and more ethereal, as if he was about to ascend to heaven in the next moment.

............

On this day, Chen Hengzhi used his mental power to find the ancestral acupoints. In the darkness, he suddenly saw a trace of light in front of him. He was shocked and immediately followed him.

I don't know how long it took, but it seemed that a stone had hit the lake, causing ripples. Chen Hengzhi only felt that his soul was free from the limitations of his body. His mental power observed every move that was scattered outside.

Looking down, there was a body sitting cross-legged on a large, bare rock on the cliff, as if she was asleep, motionless.

At this time, a mountain wind blew, and Chen Hengzhi felt a biting pain coming, and quickly retracted his mental power back into his body.

After finding the Zu Qiao point, Chen Hengzhi noticed that the location of the Lumen Gate above his head seemed to have a skylight opened, and a trace of cool air came and entered his body from the Zu Qiao point.

He knew that this was the so-called spiritual energy of heaven and earth.

Chen Hengzhi quickly followed the last layer of the mind technique of "Huanyuan Shengong" he created, absorbing the spiritual energy of the outside world into his body and refining it.

One, two, three...

He could sense that the spiritual energy of the world outside was very thin, barely enough.

Spiritual energy is a level higher than internal force. After entering the body and encountering internal force, it immediately produces magical changes.
