Chapter Fourteen The Hogwarts Teachers

Miss Gema Farley cleared her throat, then pointed to the guest seat and introduced it from right to left.

“The far right is Professor Sivanos Keitelborne, who teaches the magical biology class, but you won’t get in touch with this subject until the third grade; he is also the hunting ground guard and key custodian at Hogwarts.”

"There are rumors that he has always wanted to retire early and concentrate on taking care of his little babies in the forbidden forest, but the principal has never found a suitable successor before giving up."

"Of course, his bad habit of dismantling prosthetics in public is really not very elegant."

...

"Sitting to Professor Keitelborne's left is Professor Pomona Sprout."

Matthew looked at the short, flowing gray-haired witch in the guest seat. She wore a thick hat full of patches on her head, and there was a lot of mud on her body, looking very sloppy.

"Professor Sprout is a herbal teacher and the dean of Hufflepuff Academy. She is a witch with a very talented herbal talent and a very relaxed professor. Herbal classes have always been the easiest of all courses."

"Of course, she often prefers Hufflepuff students."

...

"Along the left is our Slytherin's dean—"

Farley paused and continued, "Professor Horace Slughorn!"

Matthew saw a bald old man who was as fat as a walrus. He had a pair of big convex eyes and a silver beard as thick as a walrus, which looked a bit funny.

"He is a Potions teacher, and like Professor Kettleborn, he also wants to retire but was rejected by the principal."

"Professor Slughorn has a very deep connection in the magic world, because his favorite disciples have many high-end figures from all fields of the magic world, whether they are good or bad... The former is such as Barnabas Gufei, editor-in-chief of the Prophet Daily, and the latter is represented by the famous black witch and wanted criminal Lily Evans of the Ministry of Magic..."

Miss Farley's voice suddenly showed a bit of irony: "Our dean treats the four colleges equally, but he only prefers students with prominent family backgrounds or who he considers 'excellent'!"

...

"Professor Slughorn is Professor Aurora Sinnista."

This time Matthew saw a dark-skinned witch, who was bowing his head to talk about something with Professor Slughorn.

"She is responsible for astronomy classes and is also the dean of Gryffindor. Professor Sinista has a deep understanding of astronomy and prophecy. Even the principal often goes to the astronomical tower to discuss with her some things about the future."

"In addition, Professor Sinista's requirements are very strict in terms of homework."

...

"And then, it's Professor Virgil Travers."

This time, Matthew saw a middle-aged witch with a big bearded face, and the expression on his face was slightly ferocious.

"Professor Travers is in charge of Muggle Studies. To be honest, I always feel that his course views are biased... Of course, you will not be exposed to his courses until the third grade."

...

"We keep going to the left, it's Professor Frius Flivie's turn."

Professor Frieve is easily recognizable because he is the only teacher sitting on a table rather than on a stool.

"Professor Flivie is a spell teacher and the dean of Ravenclaw. He has some fairy blood, so he is relatively short, but don't underestimate him because of this. He has excellent research on spells, perhaps second only to the principal."

"In addition, like Professor Sprout, the curse class requirements are quite loose and the exam scores are also very high."

...

Looking at the guest of the host, Farley continued to introduce one by one—

Professor Rolanda Huoqi of the flight class... Professor Bassida Babuling of the ancient magic literature class... Professor Setima Victor of the arithmetic divination class...

"Where are the professors of the Dark Magic Defense and the professors of the Deformation Arts?" After the other party introduced all the teachers in the guest seat, Matthew suddenly realized that there were two pits that had not been filled.

"The course of the Dark Magic Defense Class is led by Principal Rozier; she has studied this area very deeply, and of course, she is very strict; I suggest you don't annoy her easily, otherwise the consequences will be unimaginable." Gema Farley's face suddenly became serious, and she said seriously.

"Is that the deformation class teacher?" Matthew continued to ask.

"We don't know yet." Farley spread his hands.

"ah?"

"Professor Cartersel was fired before the end of last semester. The new teacher has not yet taken office. I think we should be able to..." Farley's voice suddenly stopped, and then she quickly pointed to the entrance of the auditorium:

"It should be him!"

Matthew looked around and Mrs. Vita Rozier, vice-chancellor, had returned to the auditorium in Hogwarts; behind him was a thin man.

The man looked pale, his eyes were slightly red, and he looked very sick. Matthew frowned slightly, and at this moment, he suddenly felt that the other party was not human at all.

"Does the teachers of deformation classes change often?" asked Matthew.

"Yes, I have changed three times in the past ten years... The principal has high requirements for this subject and is often dissatisfied with the teachers he recruits." Farley replied simply: "So the replacements are more frequent."

"So, what about the principal?"

In the guest seat, Matthew was unable to find Gellert Grindelwald.

Moreover, the center of the host's seat has always been empty.

"Professor Grindelwald is a busy man. He is the president of the International Wizards Federation, the chief wizard of Wisengamor and the chief wizard of Sir Merlin. Usually, he rarely stays in school." Farley explained:

"But don't worry, for occasions like school banquets, Professor Grindelwald will definitely come back no matter how busy he is."

It's like cooperating with what Gemma Farley said-

A light blue smoke suddenly appeared in the center of the guest seat.

The auditorium, which had been noisy before, became quiet in an instant.

Everyone in the auditorium looked at the smoke.

After the smoke disappeared, a figure slowly appeared in front of them.
