Riddle
A long, painful, terrible scream, the diary gushed out a stream of ink, waved his arms, as if he wanted to grab something, his body began to twist unnaturally, he let out the last scream of despair, Ginny's wand fell to the ground, an inexplicable strong wind swept across the stone chamber, blowing away the last phantom of his existence, and he was finally dead,
"I seem to have missed a lot?" Snape asked.
"Are you dead eater?" Lawrence hesitated but he still asked. He looked at the Dark Magic Mark. Lawrence had to be very careful to see the faint traces of the black magic flowing on it.
"I am, maybe I thought I was." Snape replied, subconsciously touching his left arm, but it was obvious that he was unwilling to talk about this issue. Lawrence did not continue to ask, but silently returned the bottle of the sky blue potion that emitted light to Snape.
A slight sound came from Ginny not far away, and Luna quickly walked over. Ginny opened her eyes and looked around in confusion. Her eyes passed by the corpse of the snake monster. She trembled when she saw the broken diary. She was a little surprised when she saw Snape, and she felt relieved when she saw Lawrence, and when she saw Luna showing a strong guilt, she took a few breaths and started crying.
"Luna──I’m sorry, I─I cast a curse and a memory curse on you, but──I swear I didn’t mean it, I─” Ginny cried, Luna hugged Ginny and patted her back, “I attacked other students, I think I will be fired─”
"I think this needs to be decided by the principal," said Snape, who threw the sword and diary to Lawrence, "We should leave this place first."
The group returned to the entrance of the pipe, Lawrence looked up at the dark passage, and at this time, Fox began to sing again, swaying his beautiful golden tail feathers,
"Can you?" Lawrence asked. "I mean, we have four people, and you're hurt."
Fox sang smugly, which seemed no problem for it, so the four of them grabbed the warm tail feathers, and the golden ridges covered them. Fox took them up smoothly. They returned to the girls' toilet on the second floor, and a ghost was waiting for them.
"You are still alive?" asked the female ghost.
"You're Myrtle?" Lawrence looked at the ghost curiously, guessing that she shouldn't know that she died in the snake monster's demonic eyes.
"Oh, I'm, someone wants me to pass on a message," said Myrtle, "I want you to follow the Phoenix."
They left the girls' toilet, Hogwarts was quietly, Fox led everyone away in the dark corridor, golden light appeared and disappeared, they came to Professor McGonagall's office, the door was not closed, and there were many people standing inside, Professor Dunbulido looked at them with a smile, Professor McGonagall's serious expression rarely showed a clear smile,
"Oh my god, Ginny--" Mrs. Weasley screamed, and she jumped up from the chair beside the stove and hugged Ginny tightly.
"So you saved her?" Mr. Weasley rushed over and asked Lawrence.
"To be precise, it's the three of us, professors, and Luna," Lawrence replied, and then Mrs. Weasley hugged him and Luna. Luna was obviously not used to being so enthusiastic, but she seemed very happy. Mr. Weasley shook hands with Snape,
"Each of us is very willing to know," said Professor McGonagall. "How did you do it?"
Lawrence began to describe their passage into the secret room, from 's conspiracy and his resurrection, and his own sneak attack, Snape's protection, but he omitted the passage of Snape being the dead-eating man, how Luna successfully resisted the rude curse, the appearance of the phoenix, summoned another young basil monster, and Glenfindo's sword reappeared, allowing him to kill the basil monster, and finally Snape ruined his diary,
"I need to look at the diary and the sword," Dumbledore said gently. He took two things from Lawrence. After he saw the sword, he put it on the table. After carefully reading the damaged diary, Dumbledore smiled inexplicably, "This is really-"
"Seldom know that Voldemort was named Tom when he was studying at Hogwarts fifty years ago," Dumbledore explained to the confusing Weasleys. "Obviously, he opened the secret room fifty years ago and asked Ruber Hager to frame it and leave this diary. I think Miss Weasley has been with it for a long time?"
"I found this in the book that my mom bought for me," Ginny whimpered, "I thought it was someone who forgot that. I kept writing things in it, and it kept responding to me."
"Oh, Ginny, haven't I taught you that I will never believe in something that can think independently, unless you can see where he is hiding his head," Mr. Weasley was stunned. "Why don't you show us that diary?"
"I think this is a painful experience for Ginny. Don't blame her anymore. I think she must go to the hospital room to rest for a while," Dumblido said seriously. "There are more smart and excellent wizards who have been deceived by Voldemort. In the face of Voldemort's temptation, few people can escape unscathed."
"Severus, please go to the hospital room with Miss Ginny. I think your injury should be taken by Mrs. Pomfrey, and the silly curse you put on Harry is a little too strong," Dumblido said with a little reproach, and then he blinked, "Minerva, please inform the kitchen. The crisis is relieved. I think we can celebrate it well. Of course, before the end of the semester, when the Mandela grass is mature, we can hold a bigger celebration-"
Snape turned and left with a stern face. The Weasleys followed him with Ginny. Professor McGonagall also nodded and left. Lawrence and Luna were left in the office.
"Oh, you two, I think that in order to praise your outstanding performance, Glenfindo and Ravenclaw can both receive a reward of 200 points," Dumbledore looked at them with a smile. "And because of breaking the secret room, Lawrence can win Hogwarts' "Special Contribution Award". To be honest, I was surprised-"
"Amazing courage, Miss Lovegood, in order to save your friends, you showed great courage. Fox responded to your call. Why are you not Gryffindor?" Dumblido's bright blue eyes blinked at Luna.
"Endless wisdom is the most precious treasure of mankind." Luna sang in a dreamy tone,
"Hahaha---Smart, so smart, have you seen it? Lawrence?" Dumbledore laughed. "It is our own choice to express our true self, which is more important than our ability."
"Snape once chose to be a dead eater," Lawrence blurted out, "In the secret room, we saw the mark on his left arm, but I don't understand-"
"Oh, Lawrence," Dunbulido's smile slightly subsided, "I'm glad you didn't mention this just now. I think you have some opinions on it?"
" tried to persuade Snape," said Lawrence. "If Snape had followed him at that time, we would have died in the secret room."
"Snape returned to us at the end of the last war," Dumbledore said calmly. "He is an excellent heart-locker, risking his life to do inner work. I believe that both of them present can keep it secret, and everyone may have a past that they don't want to recall."
" said that his ancestor was Salazar Slytherin," said Lawrence. "So he was able to control the Basilica. He saw me pull out Gryffindor's sword and call me the descendant of Gryffindor, but I was a wizard born in the Muggle family, and Snape pulled out Gryffindor's sword, I don't understand-"
"The purebred blood has always been a boring and meaningless problem. In fact, I think--" said Dumbullydo, who stroked the silver-shining sword on the table. "The so-called successor inherited the will of the ancestors, not the blood. I am very happy and honored to witness that tonight, Glenfindo's sword was again wielded by the two successors who inherited his will."
"I have another question," Lawrence saw Dunbulido nodding, so Lawrence continued, "Why didn't you tell the professors that there was a snake monster hidden in the secret room?"
"Because you're walking too fast," Dumbledore smiled and gave a strange answer. "I'm old and can't walk fast, so I hope I can slow down and give my legs a little more rest."
"I don't understand." Lawrence said in confusion. Tonight he found that he didn't understand too many things,
"On the day we cracked the secret, I was kicked out of the school by Lucius Malfoy," Dumbullydo's blue eyes flashed sharply. "Professor McGonagall, who understands the mystery of the secret room, may think of the victim fifty years ago. She and Voldemort were classmates and experienced the turmoil at that time."
"I have no doubt that she will work with the professors to crack the entrance of the secret room and enter the secret room to get rid of the basilisk," Dumblido showed a hint of pride. "I am very proud that the teachers of our school - well, at least the dean, are mentally prepared to sacrifice for the students."
"Fox's rebirth takes time. After entering the secret room, the professors are likely to fall into a dilemma of no backup. Although they are not afraid of sacrifice, it is unnecessary." Dumblido gently caressed the beautiful phoenix, "so I decided to leave a corresponding method, keep the mystery of the secret room secret, and wait for the final battle."
"So I'm a bad thing?" Lawrence asked uneasyly.
"Oh, no, although your pace is still very fast, you successfully forced the murderer into a desperate situation. He made a fool of himself-" Dumbully smiled. "He released the basilisk head-on, and you also saw that in school, Professor McGonagall can drive the whole school's armor to fight together. If necessary, even the statue can participate in the battle. The only problem is that you must first protect the students in the school. Of course, Professor Frieve's protection spell successfully delayed the time."
"The Basil monster in the school-?" Lawrence asked,
"Under the attack of the terrifying armour army, it has become a specimen. I think in the future today, all the English textbooks on strange beasts will be fully rewritten," Dumblido said quipped. "Hogwarts will have a rare specimen that is unique to Britain - of course, its poisonous fangs and magic eyes will be preserved to avoid naughty students doing something." (Note 1)
"We won't do this," Lawrence smiled. "We're very lawful this year."
"Oh, of course, the current scores in the Academy Cup are obvious, right?" Dumbledore replied with a smile, and he stood up, "The only unfortunate one may be Professor Gidro Lohart..."
"Uh, what's wrong with him?" Lawrence asked in surprise. It should be very safe to follow Professor McGonagall and Professor Flitvie.
"According to Professor Frieve's testimony, after the Basilica was defeated, he tried to take credit for himself. He cast a memory curse on Professor McGonagall and Professor Frieve. I must say-" Dumbledore showed a strange expression. "Professor Frieve was a duel champion when he was young, and the consequences of doing so were he was injured by his own spell. I am now going to the hospital room to visit several people who were injured in this incident."
"Harry will definitely not give him a good look when he sees Snape." Lawrence said with a smile, "The curse is very painful."
"Oh, this is not easy to deal with." Dumblido said with some distress, then he picked up the diary and sword on the table, walked to the door and turned to them, "If I were you, I would go back to the saloon of my college and tell your friends the good news that the crisis was lifted."
Phoenix followed Dunbulido away from the office. They sang songs in the corridor. Luna laughed, looking at her exaggerated expression, Lawrence also smiled.
"Great singing, isn't it?" Luna stopped smiling slightly, and she said to Lawrence.
Lawrence was about to respond when another person broke in the office, it was Lucius. Malfoy, with his own family elf, looked angry,
"Where is Dunbulito?" Lucius. Malfoy asked furiously, a family elf was next to him.
"The principal went to the hospital room." Lawrence replied. He had guessed that the source of Ginny's diary was made by the guy in front of him, but Lawrence thought that Dumbledore should have a way to make him suffer.
"Hmph." Lucius. Malfoy didn't seem to like him calling Dumblido the "principal". He rushed out angrily. The poor family elf could only try his best to keep up with him.
"The annoying guy, he must have no friends, right?" Luna said. "I don't have many friends, and Ginny is in the hospital room again."
"Yeah, but I think," Lawrence said, "we are friends now, aren't we?"
"Oh?" Luna looked at him in surprise, and then smiled again, "My name is Luna Lovegood, and some people call me crazy girl."
"It's not easy to have a nickname in the first grade," Lawrence said with a smile. "My name is Lawrence Rovande, and Pipi calls me the dog-headed military advisor of the Weasley twins."
