009 The Big Dog of the Screaming Shack
In the hospital room, they talked about the unpleasant scene.
"Harry!" Fred first noticed that Harry opened his eyes, and he asked nervously, "What do you think?"
"What happened?" Harry suddenly sat up and looked at the crowd around his hospital bed.
"You fell down," Fred told him, "from fifty feet high--"
"We thought you were dead-" said Glenfindo's chaser, Alicia trembled, Hermione screamed,
"Match-" Harry asked, "What's wrong?"
"We lost, Cedric found the Golden Snitch." Lawrence replied briefly,
"He didn't know what happened after you fell down. When he turned around and saw you slumped to the ground, he wanted to call a timeout and wanted to play again, but they won fairly - even Wood admitted it." George said,
"Where is Wood?" Harry asked,
"It's still in the rain," Fred replied, "I think he wants to drown himself."
"Don't think too much, things can't go smoothly. Do you know it right?" Lawrence stopped Harry from pulling his hair.
"We haven't lost yet, we're only one hundred points behind," Fred said. "Remember? Ravenclaw never lost Hufflepuff."
"You can't catch the Golden Snitch every time," George told him, "As long as we beat Ravenclaw and Slytherin, we still have a chance." (Note 1)
The Quidditch team members walked out of the hospital room one after another, and Lawrence also walked out. Before Harry woke up, they agreed that Hermione and Ron would tell Harry about the bad news about the 2000.

All Sunday, Lawrence tried to find Professor Lupin, but the door of Professor Lupin's office was still locked. Lawrence could only wait until Monday evening. After he finished class, Lawrence hurried to the classroom of the black magic defense. He knew that this was a third-grade class, and Professor Lupin might not leave so quickly.
When he stepped into the classroom, Harry and Professor Lupin's conversation came to an end.
"I can't say that I'm a master who is good at defeating dementors, Harry, on the contrary-"
"But if the Dementors appear in Quidditch again next time, I have to be able to deal with them."
"Well, okay, I'll try my best, but it's time to wait until next semester. I have a lot to do before the holiday, so I picked a time that was not suitable to get sick."
"Professor, I have something to look for you." Lawrence interrupted them.
"It's really rare, Lawrence." Remus smiled, "Can I finally solve some of your school problems?"
"It's about Animagus, Professor." Lawrence said,
"This is Professor McGonagall's major," Remus paused and replied, "I think you've found the wrong person."
"It's a black dog, professor, bigfoot." Lawrence said softly, Harry looked at Lawrence in confusion.
"Harry, sorry, please go back first," Remus was silent for a while. He turned to Harry and said, "I have something to talk to Lawrence."
"Oh, yes, professor." Harry nodded, and after he walked out of the classroom, he closed the door.
"How did you know about this, Lawrence?" Remus asked.
"I remember everything I saw. In the memory that Professor Dunbulido showed me, I saw Black's patron saint," Lawrence said. "I happened to see Professor McGonagall's patron saint, which was exactly the same as her after being transformed." (Note 2)
"So you saw a black dog?" Remus began to pace back and forth.
"A exact same black dog," Lawrence said, "in fact, I was screaming at the shack to feed it on Halloween."
"What?" Remus was stunned. "Why didn't you report to the professors?"
"It was too thin at that time, and I didn't recognize it," Lawrence said calmly. "I didn't see it again until Saturday at Quidditch Stadium."
"...How did you get in and scream at the shack?" Remus frowned, "From outside the house?"
"The map of your 'robbery'." Lawrence took out the old parchment scroll, and Remus took a sudden step forward. He looked at the perfect Hogwarts map, representing two small dots of Lawrence and Remus, in the classroom of the black magic defense, (Note 3)
"Oh, Mount Crook is outside the classroom," Lawrence laughed, "Hermione always lets it run around."
"I remember the map was confiscated." Remus said sternly.
"In fact, I copied one last year, but it was destroyed in the end," Lawrence said. "Then why didn't you tell Professor Dunbulido about every secret passage, Moon Face?"
Remus was instantly lost in blood. He opened his mouth and didn't know how to answer. Then he took a few steps back and fell on the chair.
"I trust you, professor," said Lawrence. "In fact, I admire you very much after I know you are a werewolf."
"I admire every member of the Order of the Phoenix. You can fight against the Death Eaters several times to protect me whom you don't know," Lawrence continued, "In fact, I don't know if I can do it." (Note 4)
"But I'm a werewolf," Remus murmured, he seemed to have lost his strength.
"Who cares about those boring little questions?" Lawrence replied, "You are the oppressed party by the wizard society, but you still stick to your promise. Do you remember "We will be loyal to each other"?"
"James...Peter..." Remus wiped his eyes, and his tone was a little sobbing. He suddenly looked up and asked, "So that little round table is still there?"
"The other furniture you destroyed is still there, Professor." Lawrence replied,
"Oh, okay," Remus said, his mood seemed to calm down a lot, and he smiled. "James had proposed whether to replace the furniture with new ones, but Sirius-Blake said it would be broken sooner or later."
"I've been hesitating whether to tell Professor Dunbulido about this," Remus recalled. "The Beat Willow was planted in the year I entered school, so that I could spend the full moon in the screaming shed."
"My friends discovered my abnormality, but they didn't cut off contact with me," Remus' eyes shined. "They all became Animagus, because werewolf is harmless to creatures other than humans, and you have discovered that Black's transformation is a black dog."
"I betrayed Professor Dunbulido's trust," Remus continued. "You will find it difficult to face the person who once trusted you but you betrayed him. I don't know how to tell Professor Dunbulido."
"I believe Professor Dunbulido will only lament the beauty of friendship," Lawrence raised his eyebrows. "He should not deduct Glenfindo's score for the school rules you violated at the time, Professor."
"Oh--" Remus smiled, he was silent for a while, and nodded slowly, "I think you are right, Lawrence."

"So I've said it a lot this year, Professor," Snape was raving in Dunbulido's office, "I can't believe this guy, now some students have discovered that he is-"
"I trust Remus, just as I trust you, Severus," Dunbulido said to Snape, looking at Lawrence again, blinking and smiling, "If Lawrence didn't find out, I think he is not Lawrence. You may wonder if he was confused by Miss Dragul-"
"It's strange to say this from you, Professor Snape," Lawrence raised his eyebrows. He ignored Professor Dunbulido's teasing. He just secretly thought about how to calculate the account that Fred and George accidentally "spoken" when they go back. "Just by your standards, I'm afraid that the people you can't trust include yourself?"
"You-" Snape glared at Lawrence fiercely, but he subconsciously touched his left arm and stopped talking.
"You two - forget it, if Professor McGonagall is here, you will definitely be scolded-" Dumbledore shook his head with some amusement. He picked up the map on the table and looked carefully at the seven secret passages.
"It's amazing. I think you didn't try to make another one after that, right?" Dumbredo's sharp blue eyes swept over Lawrence.
"The one I had done to deal with Riddle last year was destroyed, Professor." Lawrence shrugged, "and I plan to hand this to Harry after this matter is over."
"Leave it to him?" Snape shouted, "You know what you said? Such things should-"
"I think you're right, Lawrence," Dunbulido said calmly, which made Snape swallow half of his roar. "This is James's relics, and I think it's appropriate to hand them over to Harry."
"You said Black was hiding in the screaming shed, that's great, lead the way, Lawrence," Dunbulido nodded and stood up, "Come together, Severus, Remus?"
"Of course." Snape said coldly, he looked at Remus maliciously, "You won't turn against me, are you?"
"In fact, I hope I'm the first to face him, Severus." Remus said gently. (Note 5)

Author's words:
When I wrote this chapter today, I found something strange. The original description describes the black magic defense technique that was on Monday. Harry was late?! I thought they were divination, metamorphosis, and strange beasts on Monday!
So I spent some time looking back and found that I had made the wrong time. September 2nd in the book was not Monday, from Sibil. Trelawney can tell the exact time of the first class: October 16th is Friday (well, this is different from the real world).
So their first class this semester is September 2nd and Wednesday, and they have changed two chapters (An unexpected letter from 007 & 010 Black Stadium) - they felt they were cheated (wrong).
But this doesn't affect anything, it's just a small detail mistake.
Note 1: Quidditch is a point-based game. After all the games, the champion has the highest total score.
Note 2: Volume 2: Professor McGonagall used to use the patron saint in the school, and when she was transformed, she would turn into a cat with a tattoo.
Note 3: "Robbers", the translation of "Pilgrims" in the land version, but I think they didn't seem to plunder anything, so I still use "Robbers".
Note 4: In the fifth episode, it was mentioned that in the first war, the number of Death Eaters and Phoenix Association was about 20 to 1. At that time, Death Eaters even used the tactic of "one for another".
