014 Peter the Escape
The next evening, when Lawrence walked into Dunbreydore's office, Sirius and Remus had been waiting for a long time, Dunbreydore also stood up when he saw Lawrence.
"Then, Lawrence," Dumbledore said briskly, "Please confirm Peter's location."
"He's still in Hagrid's cabin," Lawrence replied, "I've seen it before I come."
"Very good, let's go," Dumbledore said, "Sirius, please--"
"Okay, professor." Sirius said, and then instantly turned into a big black dog.
"It's much better," said Dumbullydo, who strided out of the office, and everyone followed him, forming a strange team, and they walked out of the castle, crossed the lawn, and came to Hagrid's hut, where the Eagle Marco Buckbeck was tied,
"I didn't blame you," Hagrid's voice came from the house. "I see you practicing every day, but I must say, I think you should cherish your friends more than brooms or pet mice."
"Then let her kill the cat-" Ron retorted loudly, and he could be heard from outside the house that he was very angry, "She couldn't hear bad things about the cat at all."
"Well, I think we're not here at the right time," Dunbulido blinked, then knocked on Hagrid's wooden door, "but I think we must be uninvited guests."
The door was opened "ahya" and Hagrid opened the door, and he looked very surprised.
"Oh, Professor Dunbulido," Hagrid said hurriedly, "I asked Harry and the others to come to me, and I brought them here."
"Calm down, Hagrid, I'm not here for this," Dumbledore said kindly, "Can we invite us in and sit?"
"Oh, of course, professor," said Hagrid, and he hurriedly stepped back and gave up his position, Dunbutor, Remus, and Lawrence walked in in sequence, Sirius, who had become a big dog, quietly hid in the shadow of the house,
"Sorry for disturbing your little party." Dumbledore said, looking at the miscellaneous things in the corner with interest, many of which were once part of some kind of magical creature. Lawrence took out the map and walked a few steps to the side to the shelf. He was now almost at the same point as Peter. He gave Remus a look and signaled the bottles and jars on the shelf.
"Can we get something to drink, Hagrid?" Remus understood it, and he asked.
"Oh, of course, just take it as my own home, Remus," Haeger replied with a smile, blurting out, "I miss you, James, Sirius, Peter, come here to have tea together, oh--"
"Sorry," Hagrid said with some annoyance, and he muttered, "Sorry, I didn't say it."
"It's okay, it's okay." Remus said briskly, both he and Lawrence noticed that after Hagrid said those words, a teapot shaking obviously, Lawrence picked up the teapot and placed it on the table.
"What are you doing?" Ron said in confusion.
"Professor, Lawrence?" Harry was not understanding, but he had some vague guesses. He looked back and forth between the two professors and Lawrence,
Dumbullydo smiled and raised his wand. Everyone watched him move. Dumbullydo lightly tapped towards the jar. The teapot turned into a square cage. Suddenly, the light was seen, causing the creatures inside to start screaming. It was a mouse, which looked thinner and was bare-
"Spotted?" Ron was startled. He wanted to pick up the cage, but Harry stopped him.
"I think it's time for us to finish everything," Dumbledore said, Hagrid's door was opened, and the black dog walked in through the crack, and pushed the door up, and he returned to his original form.
"Blake?" Ron shouted. He was even more surprised to find that except Hagrid, he was the only one who showed a look of surprise.
"You despicable traitor, dare you appear?" Haegel stood up angrily. If Lawrence and Remus were not standing in front of Sirius, Haegel would have rushed over.
"Wait, Hagrid," Dumbledore stopped Hagrid's impulse, turned to look at Sirius and Remus, "I think you want to do it yourself?"
"Of course." Sirius said coldly, and he reached over, and the cage cracked a gap, asking him to catch the mouse,
"It's good," Remus took out his wand, "Sirius, I'll count to three."
"What do you want to do?" Ron asked anxiously, but he was pulled tightly by Harry.
"One, two, three." Two blue and white lights flashed, and the "squeaking" sound of the mouse turned into a man's scream, and the dwarf Peter fell to the ground.
"Hello, Peter, have you been doing well in the past few years?" Remus asked happily.
"Sirius-Remus-" Peter asked tremblingly, "My friends-old friends-"
"I'm sorry to bother you to reminisce about the past?" Dumbledore clapped his hands, "I think we already know a lot, but maybe you have a different point of view? I mean, maybe you can tell us more information?"
"Chair - Professor -" Peter stammered, and he smiled miserably, "I don't understand, any other message-"
"Like, when did you start working for Voldemort--or something?" Deng Bulidu said in a guessing tone. He smiled as if he had told a joke, but there was no smile in his blue eyes, only the flames were beating there quietly.
"It's not me, professor, it's him-" Peter pointed at Sirius and shouted in horror, "He escaped from Azkaban, it must be Voldemort's black magic that he taught him-"
"Voldemort? Teach me how to play tricks?" Sirius laughed, and most of the people in the room shrank at the name, but Peter was particularly evident, and he let out a short scream,
"Oh, Sirius," Dunbulido shook his head, "You just explain it to him."
"Actually I don't quite understand how I did it," Sirius recalled. He looked at Harry, and Harry was staring at him. "I think the only reason is that I know I'm innocent. It's not a happy memory, so the dementor can't affect me. This preserves my strength, and at this time I try to become a dog."
"You all know that dementors are invisible, they can only feel emotions, and when I become a dog, my feelings are not as complicated as humans," Sirius said. "So dementors think that I, like everyone else, have started to go crazy until I saw Peter lying on the boy's shoulders in the newspaper."
"Reports of Weasley's family coming to Egypt-" Harry exclaimed. Ron looked at Peter. Before he could come back to his senses, he could not understand how his mouse could be a wizard?
"Yes, this news set fire in my mind. I think I have to do something. It's not a pleasant memory. It's an obsession. The dementor cannot extinguish it. Just when I opened the door to deliver food, I turned into a dog and fled there." Sirius walked past Peter and he crouched in front of Harry. "Believe me, I swear I will never betray James and Lily. I will die before betray them. Letting Peter be the secret keeper is the last thing I regret in my life. How could I do that at that time?"
"Of course I believe you," Harry shouted loudly, he choked up, and realized that he was a little excited, so he lowered the volume. "I mean, you met me on the Livervet Road, but you didn't do anything to me - Lawrence and Professor Lupin told me that you can become a black dog."
"I just want to see you. You are the same as James, and you fly as well as him," Sirius said hoarsely. "I saw it at Quidditch Stadium, but I think I've seen you twice, and you've frightened you."
"Then why didn't you show up when Lawrence turned me and went to Hogsmeade Village?" Harry asked suddenly curiously.
"Oh, that," Sirius showed an awkward expression. "Actually, I was not in Hogsmeade village at that time. Because I knew your broom was broken and I had no other way to deliver the order, so I could only become a dog and deliver the order of the rocket crossbow to London."
"The unexpected reason is right, Harry?" Lawrence complained, and Harry couldn't help laughing. "This was a waste of my time, but the plan was completely useless."
"No-Ron," Peter screamed, and he looked at Ron for help, "I am your good friend, a good pet - Ron-"
"What did he do, professor?" Ron couldn't bear it, he asked with a frown.
"Ron, we know it," said Professor Dunbulido. "It was he who betrayed Harry's parents, made Harry orphan, killed the Muggles all over the street, and then pretended to die and blame Sirius for avoiding the pursuit."
"You bastard." Ron stared at him in disgust. "I should have let Crook Mountain eat you, and it also made us quarrel with Hermione for this-"
"No-I haven't hurt Harry in the past few years, Professor," Peter shouted, "I haven't hurt anyone either-"
"That's because you're afraid of Voldemort's supporters," Sirius said snapping. "I heard it all in the cell. They called your name in their dreams. They thought you had betrayed Voldemort. Of course, if the dark forces reassemble and you bring the last person from the Potter family over there, who would say you were a betrayer?"
"Harry─" Peter turned his head and showed his begging eyes, "I am your father's friend-"
"You have the face to say this," Remus roared angrily, pulling Peter up on the knees and pulling his collar, "I really want to kill you, even if I have to stay in Azkaban for the rest of my life--"
In Harry's memory, he had never seen Professor Lupin so angry. No matter how much the students messed around, Professor Lupin always smiled gently. But now, Harry completely believed that Remus would kill Peter in his actions.
"James won't let me be killed, Harry," Peter waved his hand in a panic, and Remus pushed him back to the ground and raised his wand. "Harry - please - Voldemort forced me, I was frightened. What's the benefit of me - against him? against the person who can't make a name for himself."
"Lying - you started providing information more than a year ago, and you dare to deny that you killed Harry's parents?" Sirius said angrily, and he raised his wand, "It's better to die than betray a friend. You should know that if Voldemort wants to kill you, we will help you, but you betray us."
"No--" Harry shouted, and he held Sirius's hand, "Sirius, Professor Lupin, don't do this, my dad definitely doesn't want you to be the murderers."
"Thank you, Harry, but I'm not going to kill him," Sirius said indignantly, and a pile of ropes emerged from the tip of Remus' wand, tied Peter tightly,
"Professor Dunbulido is not allowed to do this," Remus said, looking at Harry, his expression gradually calming, "and you are just like your father."
"So everything has been solved, right?" Dumbledore said with a smile at this time. "Before the Ministry of Magic arrives, I will lock Peter in the dungeon first. Professor McGonagall and Professor Flitvie will ensure that the cell is foolproof."
"Can I live near your house temporarily, Hagrid?" Sirius asked, "Of course, it will be in the form of a dog for the time being."
"Of course, oh Sirius," Hagrid burst into tears, crying in a mess, "Do you know? I'm so glad you're not a traitor-"
"Then can I tell Hermione about it?" Harry asked, and Ron rubbed his hands uneasily, thinking about how to apologize to Hermione.
"Of course," Dumbledore smiled, "but apart from that, don't tell too many people before the Ministry of Magic officially announced the news."

Author's words: Rowling's magical time is cheating again. Tian Haig in the original work told Harry to tell Ron that he will go to London with Buckbeck to attend the hearing this Friday.
From the Christmas holiday, we can know that the hearing was April 20th, and then the plot behind the original work began the Easter holiday again... (Easter in 1994 was March 26th),
I'd better end the time points of the various pitfalls in the third volume as soon as possible.
