Chapter 27 Two fairies, big and small

A week later was the day for the meeting. Suzuko took Nuoer and Sister Zhang and drove to the city early.

There were still a few hours left to leave the meeting. Suzuko planned to go to the styling club she often went to and cut Nuoer's hair. Gu Sheng promised to pick up his daughter home for a while and then go to the meeting himself.

"Oh, Mr. Li, you haven't been to our club for a long time. It's too hot this year and no one wants to go out." Design Director Jessica received a reservation from Suzuko yesterday and was waiting at the front desk early.

"Hello Jessica, I really rarely go out recently. I feel like I haven't gone out for a month." Suzuko smiled.

"Oh, my little princess, it's been a long time since we saw each other!" Jessica squatted down and pulled Nuoer's hand and shook it gently a few times. Nuoer called out very politely, with a calm and natural expression. She didn't go out to hide behind the adults like other children.

"I have a chance to wash my hair in the afternoon and put on a fancy bun. I don't need to do anything else. I will fix Nuoer's hair, mainly bangs." Linzi pulled Nuoer with his hands, and the mother and daughter walked towards the private room.

When Gu Sheng came, Suzuko was taking Sister Zhang and Nuoer to wait for him in the private room of the Starfish Restaurant.

"Wow, two fairies, one big and one small, hello!" Gu Sheng raised his daughter exaggeratedly. Nuoer wore a simple sleeveless cotton dress today. His shoulder-length hair as soft as silk satin had just been taken care of, and his delicate apple face set off, Gu Sheng couldn't help but arching her face left and right.

Nuoer was giggling in a hilarious way. Luzi looked at the father and daughter smiling in the seat. Nuoer was so happy. She had the love of her parents since she was a child and grew up like a princess. It was so great!

"Our big fairy looks like a princess today, which reminds me of the princesses on Roman holidays." Gu Sheng handed his daughter to Sister Zhang and sat next to the bellzi.

"How is it? Is it okay?" Suzuko doesn't have much hair volume, so she has been slightly permed for years, which makes her look fluffy. She usually wears her hair, and she is on the route of a mature woman.

The weather is hot now, so the hairstylist asked the hairstylist to put on a fancy bun, which looked playful and cute, and it was impossible to tell that he was already 35 years old.

"Our fairy is beautiful and innocent. Some people believe you at the age of 25. I swear that there is absolutely no intention of flattery." Gu Sheng flattered Lingzi seriously and made him laugh.

"Everyone likes to flatter, I can't avoid the common sense. Since I was a child, I have said that I am a yellow-haired girl, with thin hair and thin eyes. My mother often says that I am..." Lingzi suddenly stopped, Ji Xueying often said that she is a star of the Sangmen, and she is so destined!

"I'm starving to death, let me see what delicious food is there." Gu Sheng naturally knew that Lingzi was not thinking of anything good, so he quickly changed the subject.

"I ordered your favorite seaweed jelly. Do you want to try it if there is any authentic one made by the sea?" Suzuko thoughtfully put the plate of seaweed jelly in front of Gu Sheng, "and your favorite oyster omelette."

Gu Sheng has always liked to eat seafood, but Lingzi herself can't stand the fishy smell of seafood. She doesn't eat anything except steamed fish and shrimps, squid scallops, etc.

"You're going to eat this in a seafood restaurant?" Gu Sheng pointed to the small portion of shrimp pasta in front of Lingzi.

"Do you look down on shrimp? Shrimp is also seafood," Suzuko pointed to the seaweed egg soup in front of her. "This is also seafood, but I ordered it for you, hehe."

"It's okay, it's all mine. I can eat them all, do you believe it?" Gu Sheng exaggeratedly pinched a scallop and sucked the meat and the fans on it into his mouth. "It's so fresh!" Gu Sheng's face was full of intoxication.

"You can go and start the food broadcast." Suzuko was amused and laughed.

In the hot summer, there are always so many leisurely times. The family slowly finished their lunch. There is more than an hour before the meeting. Lingzi is preparing to take Nuoer to meet Chairman Yu. This old man really likes the children.

The conference room of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles is on the second floor. Lingzi went to sign in first and received the information and documents for attending the meeting. Some grassroots members below have arrived one after another. They gathered together to chat in groups in the conference room. There are many new members this year. Lingzi glanced at most of them unfamiliar faces.

At the end of the corridor on the second floor is Chairman Yu’s office. Linzi looked at the time and the lunch break had passed. Chairman Yu should have been here a long time, right?

Just as I was thinking that a person walked out of the office, he was none other than Yu Guangzheng, chairman of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

"Hello, Chairman Yu!" Lingzi greeted with a smile.

"Hello grandpa!" Nuoer's generous and cute look made the old man so happy.

"Oh! Be good! I would have a granddaughter like you, hahaha! Come in quickly and see what delicious food grandpa brings you?" Chairman Yu hurriedly let the mother and daughter into the office.

"Oh, Grandpa Xiao Nuoer's favorite grapes has brought you. There are some washings here, come and try it." The old man happily brought the grapes over.

"Thank you grandpa!" Nuoer was not polite, and she lie on the coffee table and started eating grapes. She ate very carefully, peeled the grape skin bit by bit, and carefully placed it on the paper laid for her by Bellzi.

"Look, this child is very particular about humanity at first glance." Yu Guangzheng looked at him with a smile, and was happy from the bottom of his heart.

"Chairman Yu, I'm ready for the speech. Do you want to take a look?"

"No need to read or not. It's more than enough to teach them at your level," the old man waved his hand quickly. "This year, our Federation of Literary and Art Circles has absorbed many grassroots literary enthusiasts, including those in the county, as well as literary backbone of major institutions and enterprises in the city."

"Then the level of the person is not bad, can I tell you well?" Suzuko suddenly regretted it and shouldn't have agreed to the Chairman's invitation easily.

"Oh, Lingzi, don't be modest. I have read all the books you wrote. They have romance themes, urban themes, and realistic themes that are successful and inspiring. The writing style is also wonderful. How can you have such a deep experience at such a young age? I admire you very much!" Yu Guangzheng gave a thumbs up.

"I feel a little embarrassed to praise me like this." Lingzi quickly shook her head.

"The problem is that your main business is not a writer, but a successful entrepreneur. It's really touching! Excellent people are really excellent in all aspects, so I asked you to teach them, mainly the connection between literature and life. I think you can definitely explain it well! Hahaha!"

"Is that right? Little Nuoer?" Yu Guangzheng looked at Nuoer with a smile, with envy and doting in his eyes. Yu Guangzheng's only son has settled in the United States. The old couple can be said to be an empty-nest elderly man and are unwilling to live based on the United States, so they are usually very lonely.

"Yes, grandpa!" Nuoer replied sweetly.

"You kid doesn't know anything, just say yes?" Lingzi couldn't laugh or cry.
