Chapter 323 Grassroots Heroes

(Uh, I have to pass on the text now because the content has been written. However, after writing it here, I feel that the more I study the situation in Southeast Asia, the more I find the huge gap between Eastern and Western civilizations, and I feel more and more interesting. It seems that I have really seen a little bit of the essence. I really didn’t think about how this book can be written to this level. What will it be like in the future? I really don’t understand it, but this t*** is getting bigger and bigger, and I will actually be addicted to the tragic things. I feel as if I am sorry for myself if I don’t finish writing it. In comparison, I am really useless to say that I have nearly 800,000 words in front of me! Uh, please vote for book friends! It should be more and more interesting later!)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lin Qingxiang was born in February 1933. As far as literary style knows, if he remembers correctly, Lin Qingxiang finally became depressed in China in 1996.

This is a grassroots person with an extremely ordinary background. Some people say that he is a legendary Chinese hero, and he is a political leader with extraordinary charm. Even if Li Guangyao's "imperial robe" can judge heroes by success or failure, he said in the book "The Story of the Lion City" that he just occupies an undefinite marginal position, but in the history of the Lion City, he cannot surround the three words Lin Qingxiang.

Looking at history, even if you evaluate him through the eyes of a political opponent like Li Guangyao who finally used it and turned his back on his back, you have to recognize that he may be more than just a flesh-and-blood person, but think that he represents a kind of power.

Lin Qingxiang was the mass movement in Malaysia and even the entire Southeast Asian countries in the 1950s and early 1960s. In the process of shaping an era, he played a certain role. In the process of fighting for reasonable rights in Malaysia for the Chinese people and finally Lion City, his performance was extraordinary and no one could erase his historical achievements.

Many times, scholars who truly know the history of Nanyang are not talking about a person when talking about Lin Qingxiang. In fact, it can be simply a history of the tragic struggle of Chinese people in Nanyang. Anyone who talks about the Lion City, the overwhelming movement of Nanyang, and the Chinese power that made the entire Malaysian nation and the British colonial authorities at that time feel extremely frightened. We must talk about Lin Qingxiang.

To put it bluntly, the Yanhuang compatriots far away in China may never have thought about it. If Li Guangyao had not been the Ganghe and the Western British colonies, and then the act of stealing the country almost under Lin Qingxiang's nose, then perhaps the people in Malaysia today might not be the Malays, but our Chinese, and even China would become the largest nation in Malaysia and dominate the entire Malaysia, and those Malays are real ethnic minorities?

But what happened? Because of the intentional drive of the Malaysian government, the vast majority of Chinese were driven to the Lion City. In the end, the total number of Chinese in Malaysia dropped sharply, and suddenly became the second largest clan, which was several percentage points less than the Malays, and eventually became a minority, thus losing absolute control in politics.

Although the various history thirty-three years later, newspapers have described Li Guangyao as the founding father of Lion City, as if his contributions were great and he was as successful and brilliant as he was, but in fact, he was able to establish a country in Lion City on the basis of betraying the interests of the entire Malaysian Chinese. It is conceivable that if a small place like Lion City is not recognized by Malaysia and British colonies, it would be purely a daydream.

If you want to explain this history full of blood and tears of Chinese people, it is impossible to say that a tragic Chinese hero in the South China Sea like Lin Qingxiang was the one who led the entire Malaysia to establish a Chinese party and fought against local indigenous peoples and colonists, which led to the Chinese people participating in politics later, and even allowed the Chinese to occupy the absolute dominance of Malaysia for a time.

But it was precisely because he met Li Guangyao and brought this foreign traitor who could not even speak Chinese and integrated into the Chinese family as a Chinese, and then supported him to grow up, and quickly gained a high status in the party he established.

Li Guang's medicine is buried very deeply. For us Chinese, we are definitely a hero. Even at the beginning of the establishment of Lion City, this guy said in front of many politicians that Li Qingxiang is the best candidate for the first prime minister of Lion City.

But what about the facts? Haha, let’s talk about history!

When I first learned about Li Qingxiang, Wen Feng saw Wen Feng in later books about the Nanyang Movement. Li Qingxiang was able to appear in Wen Feng's eyes because he had cured his illness in China.

It was one day in early 1981 that Shai East Hospital admitted a patient from Lion City. The patient was named Lin Qingxiang and had a heart attack during his visit to relatives in China.

As we all know, Shai East Hospital is a special hospital for high-ranking officials and a few senior intellectuals to visit. Non-party members are generally unable to enter without the introduction of the United Front Work Department. Lin Qingxiang was neither a government official or diplomat nor a business celebrity at that time, so how could he be arranged to enter this hospital?

This itself is a huge mystery. To put it bluntly, this mystery has not been solved even after 33 years. In the era when Taizu once planned, how many people did the entire Nanyang or the entire world exist in the same way as the Vietnamese Prime Minister Fan Wen? These secret histories may never be made public, but it is undeniable that they completely give people unlimited imagination space.

After seeing this strange admission record and then discovering Lin Qingxiang, you can’t help but learn about this person’s past, but after you really understand it, you will be shocked by your discovery.

Although Lin Qingxiang was an ordinary person with no status in the 1980s, he was a famous left-wing politician in Malaysia and even Southeast Asia in the 1950s and 1960s. He had close ties with Malaysians and was considered to be a representative figure of the Malay Communist Party's united front in Malaysia. The Malays were directly influenced and supported by the Malays. With such a background, it was not accidental that he could be admitted to the East China Hospital.

In the 1950s and 1960s, anyone who paid attention to Southeast Asian politics knew about Malaysia's political changes, and finally ended with Lion City. However, in that big change, no one could ignore two key figures who decided Malaysia's future, one was Li Guangyao and the other was Lin Qingxiang.

It’s a pity to say that they are all Chinese, but their family background and social experience are completely different.

Lin Qingxiang was born in 1933 in a civilian family in Fujian community in Singapore. He was deeply influenced by left-wing ideas from mainland China since he was a teenager. He was expelled from middle school for participating in and organizing the left-wing student movement. Later, he joined the Malayan-American peripheral organization "Anti-British Alliance" to fight for the entire Malaysian war.

(It's just ridiculous that whenever Lin Qingxiang fights for the entire Malaysian movement, history is often rewritten by the winners. When recalling this history, the entire Nanyang and even the entire world always like to change the word Malaysia to Lion City, as if tens of millions of Chinese people back then seemed to be so in love with that small place.

Of course, if we carefully read this historical text, we always seem to see the intention of these people to revise. Do they hope to make Lion City or the entire Chinese world understand that Li Guangyao is not actually trampling on the interests of the entire Southeast Asian Chinese and ascending to the high position of the King of the Small Country, and willing to become a firm follower of the Western world.

Unfortunately, history is a mirror, maybe he can hide it for a while. Even Li Guangyao's life, but when he was in his son's generation, his son still holds on, but when he is in his grandchildren, history always has a moment of restoration, and there will be a chance to revise it.)

However, Li Guangyao is the opposite. Although this person is from Dapu County, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, my country, he is still a Han Hakka.

However, this person has received British education since childhood. At the age of 12 (1935), he was admitted to the local top British school Raffles College (junior high school). At the age of 18 (1940), he was admitted to the high school department of the original school, but his studies were interrupted after the Japanese army occupied the Lion City.

However, after the war, Li Guangyao won the Queen of the British Empire Scholarship and began to study in the UK.

In the early days of studying in the UK, Li Guangyao studied at the London School of Economics. During his studies, he was influenced by the socialist theory of his mentor Lasky, and gradually showed an anti-colonial tendency, but he has been known as the "**" since then.

He once said in his memoirs that "the reason why I hate ** people is that they adopt the Leninist (leader centralization) method, not their Marxist ideals." After studying at the London School of Economics for three months, Li Guangyao transferred to Cambridge University to study law, and graduated in 1949, earned a "double first honorary degree" and obtained a practicing lawyer qualification in London in June 1950.

But looking at Li Guangyao's growth history, we can see that there are almost no traces of Chinese cultural around him. He is basically the typical Chinese in the Strait defined in the previous article, so it is naturally not surprising why he always held the thighs of the British colonial population, thus establishing his future political status in Nanyang.

However, to be honest, this person is also practical and tight. At the time when the British man was setting, he hugged his thighs tightly, so that he could get some British and then with the rise of the United States, he leaned over again. Of course, on this basis, the Chinese people in Southeast Asia became the cornerstone of his reliance, and the tragic grassroots hero Lin Qingxiang became the stepping stone he dreamed of.

In the early 1950s, Lim Cheung-sang, who was in his early 20s, became the leader of the Malaysian workers' movement and organized a series of strikes and trade union movements.

Among the Chinese in Malaysia at that time, Li Guangyao represented the middle class and professional class who grew up under the British education system, pursued social democracy, and formed the moderate or right-wing in the ** movement.

Lin Qingxiang, who was born in grassroots, represents workers and lower-class people. He has a strong socialist color in his political program and represents the radicals and left wings in the ** movement. It is undeniable that in terms of support, the young Lin Qingxiang is far better than Li Guangyao, who can't even explain Chinese.

But in this context, no one knows the story that happened between Lin Qingxiang and Li Guangyao. How Li Guangyao convinced and approached Lin Qingxiang and how he gained his trust. What is surprising is that Lin Qingxiang brought Li Guangyao into the Chinese public very generously, and then in November 1954, he jointly established a joint front for the national democratic revolution - the People's Action Party of Shicheng. This merger actually means that the young Lin Qingxiang handed over his political foundation to Li Guangyao.

Just two years later, as the Chinese power became more and more powerful in Malaysia under the organization of Lin Qingxiang, the British colonization had already become increasingly unsuppressed. In the Malaysian parliament, the Chinese even occupied nearly 50% of the votes. In the reality that the Sun never set, the Empire knew that it would withdraw from the South China Sea sooner or later. In 1956, the British colonial authorities and a delegation from Lion City of 13 people negotiated constitutional arrangements from autonomy to ** in London. Lin Qingxiang and Li Guangyao both attended the meeting, and were the most dazzling star of tomorrow in the delegation.

Lin Qingxiang is a typical charming political leader. His affinity and speech skills, especially in large political gatherings and grassroots mobilizations, were beyond the reach of Li Guangyao. Unlike the leaders of many Asian and African countries' movements at that time, Lin Qingxiang has been studying in Chinese schools. He has no background in Western education and is not a colonial local elite, but he is a grassroots hero who responds to all the time.

It was through him that Li Guangyao's political group was able to connect with ordinary Chinese people who accounted for the vast majority of Malaysia's population, making the People's Action Party a mass political party.

What is strange is that in theory, Lin Qingxiang's reputation and status among Chinese people are definitely much stronger than Li Guangyao. However, in the 1959 general election of Lion City, when Li Guangyao became the first prime minister after autonomy and formed the People's Action Party government, the political division between the left and right factions within the party became increasingly sharp. The left-wing faction led by Lin Qingxiang withdrew from the government and the People's Action Party in 1961 and formed the Singapore Socialist Front and became the left-wing opposition party.

But it was also after this that in the eyes of many people, Lin Qingxiang had completed his political mission. If he continued to exist, he would become a nail in the eyes of many people. So, for this, Lin Qingxiang's political career soon ended tragically under the background of the Cold War and the world revolution.

In February 1963, the British colonial authorities and the governments of Singapore and Malaysia jointly launched a major arrest called "Refrigerated Operation". More than 100 major leaders and backbones of the Socialist Front were put into prison for acting as a peripheral organization of Malaya, attempting to cooperate with the international government. Subvert the Lion City government and turn the Lion City into "Cuba in Asia."

In 1969, Lin Qingxiang issued a statement saying that the world's ** movement failed due to the Sino-Soviet split, and he gave up his political activities since then. He was released, but the condition was that he had to leave Singapore and go to London. This was actually a disguised exile. He lived in London until 1979, and the Lion City government allowed him to return to China until his death in 1996.

This is what Wen Feng knows about Lin Qingxiang's life, and he also noticed that in his political career, the words that encountered very critical resistance, the British colonization ranked first, and the second one was Li Guangyao and the Malaysian authorities.

Thirty-three years later, people all said that the United States was surrounding China and was afraid of China's rise. In fact, this statement seemed purely ridiculous in the literary style, because what the world did not see was that the fact that the fact of surrounding China did not happen thirty-three years later. ~~-~~ It had already begun since the Qing Dynasty's ships and cannons, but at that time it was a powerful British colonization. When this empire ended, the Americans took over the stick of the Sun-Down Empire and continued the unfinished career of his predecessor.

To put it bluntly, this has nothing to do with the issues between countries. Any Western country will inevitably go on this path after dominance. Don’t think that only you Chinese people know that the minds of non-my races will be different. In fact, foreigners are more clear than you, and they do more beautifully, so that you can’t even say anything when you are suppressed. This is clearly an unstoppable subconscious defensive thinking between nations.

Of course, let’s not talk about national issues for now, it is not what literary style needs to care about. He only knows that no matter whether it is the British who have sunset or the Americans who are at their peak, their goal will not hope to see a powerful opponent appear in the Eastern world, so they will naturally think about suppressing China, or other races in the entire world.

Therefore, under their instigation, Li Guangyao, a guy who is very good at tempting the flames and aggression, appeared, and then became their agent, seizing the fruits of Lin Qingxiang's life efforts in one fell swoop, giving Malaysian Chinese almost no chance to reach the peak of power in the years to come, and a monster from Lion City was produced, which would become the most cooperative political alliance in Southeast Asia in the Western world, and lay a solid and live-action chess goal in the entire Eastern world.

Perhaps in 1979, when Wen Feng had just traveled to this world, he had never thought about the problem of Lion City. After all, no matter how much that country was conspiring in the future, it was still occupied by our Yanhuang clan. To be honest, the two were too far apart at that time. Although Wen Feng was worried about the Strait of Malacca in more than ten or twenty years later, it was still more than ten years later. It seemed that based on the fact that the Chinese navy was not strong, the two could not get together.

But with a flapping of the butterfly's wings, who would know that there would be such a result?

Wen Feng was really beaten to death but he didn't expect that there would be an incident where Cambodian Chinese who had never been in the future would be almost massacred. At the same time, he did not expect that there would be a great thing that Southeast Chinese would take the initiative to come and vote!

Moreover, when Nanyang University took the initiative to come to visit, Wen Feng looked at the Chinese people in the South China Sea. If the Chinese lineage did not make any moves, it would be like thirty years later that only Chinese people over forty years old would know the roots of the motherland. And all young people have become Westernized, is that what Wen Feng is willing to see?

For sure, Chinese people who have the desire to rise China will be moved. Looking at the teachers at Nanyang University and thinking about the Chinese youths in Malaysia who had sacrificed their lives and shed their blood to seek the future for the Chinese, Wenfeng finally made up his mind. At the same time, as his business pace grew bigger and bigger throughout Nanyang, he finally found that some things really couldn't get around, and he had to grit his teeth to face them.

Then, looking at Temasek, which would soon become stronger with the support of Britain and the United States, and thinking that the US Federal Reserve would almost open all over Nanyang in the future, he finally decided to make an advance arrangement. Even in 1979, when Wenfeng might have just stepped up and there was not even a decent ship in his hand, he made up his mind not to let Li Guangyao go too well from now on, at least not to let him develop too unscrupulously.

So? What about Lin Qingxiang? This grassroots hero that cannot be ignored!

Hehe, is this still in 1979?

Although he had been completely destroyed by Li Guangyao at this time and had been tossed for 16 years, the so-called centipede worm died and was dead. Wen Feng didn't care what did he have to do with the information in our leader's secret archive?

If such a character is not created to destroy Li Guangyao, then the literary style will be a waste of time traveling through this opportunity... (To be continued)
