Testimonials

It’s coming to the shelves again.

While my mother-in-law was sick during the last book, I usually stopped reading because I was short on time and my grades were tight. This time when I encountered the love affair in Shanghai, I stopped reading again after entering the cabin. I guess God was working against me.

But it doesn't matter, the book still has to be written, and there was so much to write about in the 19th century.

Old readers must know that results are not the main purpose of my writing books.

The last book was originally ordered for 28. I insisted on finishing it to popularize infectious diseases and some internal diseases. At the same time, I also wanted to talk in detail about the domestic medical environment.

For this purpose, I wrote 2.8 million words, leaving only the last ten or so chapters, and I still haven’t been able to finalize the ending.

After I can steadily update new books, I will slowly fill in the gaps in the old books. I will not finish the old books. I will throw the medical records to the protagonist group one by one and let them slowly solve them in the free extra chapters.

And this book has been updated intermittently for a month and a half before I got the first recommendation, and the results are definitely not good. The first order prediction is in the early 100s, and I will definitely finish it, because what I want to popularize is the details of surgery, and of course it will also satisfy me.

The desire to collect and organize.

The performance problems are probably the result of a combination of several factors.

First, the subject matter is somewhat unpopular.

After all, there are not many people who read about modern medical care. Most of them go there just for the pleasure, not for the medicine itself. After reducing the number of readers, there are even fewer people who care about how modern medical care has grown to this point.

The second is the issue of update volume.

The workload of this book is very heavy. In fact, I didn’t want to write about surgery originally because of the workload. Surgery is really difficult to explain clearly in words. Maybe readers don’t mind and just have fun with it, but it is my job after all. Writing

If you don't know clearly, you will feel uncomfortable all over.

Therefore, I have always believed that if you want to popularize science about surgery, you must have pictures, and they should be pictures that can be understood by non-medical professionals.

Furthermore, there is very little information on the 19th century. I had to dig out the pdf files of medical journal photos that were saved before World War I, and I also had to find an e-book that summarized the surgical atlas of the time.

Almost all in English, it is very difficult to chew.

Finally, there is the professional gap. There are many branches of surgery, and even general surgery has several development routes, which are as separated as a mountain. In the 19th century, there were no divisions. I had to read through all the surgical materials and understand them thoroughly before I could put them in the book.

, it takes a lot of time.

This keeps my update volume at a maximum of 4,000 words per day, and including the annotations for this chapter that are not included in the word count, it is really not fast enough.

The third is plot control.

Working in the cabin is eight or eight shifts, from 8 am to 8 pm, and from 8 pm on the second day to 8 am on the third day, with a rest of 1-2 days, and then continue to the next round. The workload is too much, there are

Sometimes when my brain wanders, I open my notebook and type.

To be honest, Mick's line was put up early, so he should have taken his time. At that time, he probably considered that renting a house was not stable and wanted to solve the housing problem as soon as possible, so he put the hidden line up in advance.

It doesn't make sense to say this now. Anyway, the tone of this book is surgery, combined with a small amount of drug experiments.

As for Mick, let him slowly fade out of sight. Maybe he will be useful in the future, but the length will not be too long. If there are readers who don't like this, you can skip it directly. I can still guarantee the quality of medicine.

, this is the case in the previous book.

If the picture hangs, it may be due to manual review, which is very slow, and there is nothing I can do about it. If you are in a hurry, you can join the group and ask me for it. The group number is at the end of the first chapter.

As for me not selling it if it’s a misfortune, I’m used to it anyway, and it’s just my interest in writing, as long as everyone can get some medical knowledge from the plot.

I won’t do any more updates today and will be lazy to take a rest. I will write two updates of 8,000 words. The plot will slowly reach the climax of the cesarean section. I hope everyone can come and support me.

========

ps: Although I know that the results of this book are a mess, I still want to mention that if the leader adds five updates, he can also get high-quality supporting roles.
