1712. From the factory

For compatriots who come out to work in China, they don’t have high requirements, don’t be afraid of making less money, and don’t be fooled by others. So when they came in to interview, they found that two of the three interviewers were compatriots who spoke Chinese like them, they immediately felt much more at ease.

This kind of interview is very simple. It is to ask these people what they did in China before, tell them that the No. 2 fishing ground is relatively lonely and there are no entertainment activities, and ask them if they can tolerate loneliness.

The production machine required for fish feed is very intelligent and easy to get started, but it also requires workers to have the minimum operating ability. Therefore, we need to look at the education level. Qin Shiou set the standard in high school, ages between 25 and 35. People of this age can accept new things and have a relatively heavy sense of responsibility.

Qin Shiou asked not much about it throughout the whole process, mainly because Geng Junjie was slutty there. He showed his style as a squad leader, first shocked the interviewer with a serious expression and stern eyes, and then started chatting step by step, and he could actually talk about a lot of useful things.

Taking advantage of the time, Qin Shiou changed Geng Junjie to the position of the main interviewer in the middle and praised: "I didn't expect that Lao Geng, you still have this ability. OK. This time I went to the No. 2 Fishery Ground, you are the political commissar. You have to do the ideological work of the workers."

Geng Junjie laughed and said, "The boss, don't worry, I will definitely lead this team for you."

Ninety-six people were interviewed, of which there were 84 labor export workers from China, and only twelve were Canadian locals, and of course they were all new immigrants.

The three of them discussed and did a simple screening, leaving seventy people behind in the end, which could not be used for the fishing ground. But Geng Junjie suggested a knockout round, with a three-month probation period, eliminating five people in the first month, three people in the second month, two people in the third month, and sixty formal workers were left behind.

In this way, employees will maintain an extremely high work attitude during the three-month probation period and wait until the three months have passed. Even if they are not eliminated, because they have developed good work habits in the front, it will be easier to manage later, and workers' work efficiency will be higher.

Finally, the list of personnel was selected. Jewish boss Brandt Carl came in to express his congratulations on collecting the money. One person's head was 200 Canadian dollars, so he made 14,000 Canadian dollars easily.

The contract was signed with the Jewish boss. These workers did not belong to the fishing grounds directly. The agency was responsible for social security, tax payment and other issues. Brandt Carr said that he also runs an agency and was willing to help Qin Shiou act as an employee agent.

There are two benefits to this. The first is that if the employee has problems, he cannot find Qin Shiou, and he does not have to be responsible; the second is that if he is not satisfied with the employee, he can change it at any time, and Brandt Carl can replace him for free. In short, there will be no legal disputes between Qin Shiou and these workers. He will be transferred to Brandt Carry and forwarded to the workers through Brandt.

Qin Shiou thought this way of cooperation was good, so he signed an agency contract. Brandt promised to send the employee to him the next day, and he and Geng Junjie and his party went to the No. 2 Fishery Farm first.

There are a lot of work required to open a new factory, but the main work has been solved by his assistant Tia and professionals from the Fisheries Alliance in Newfoundland, such as applying for a business license, opening a social security tax account, formulating a factory tax charter, etc.

In fact, Qin Shiou wanted to hand over the recruitment to the Fisheries Alliance at the beginning, but later, considering that this was a bit too much, he did not do so. He just asked Tiya to take people to handle the necessary procedures for opening a factory for him.

Now, he has recruited all the people himself, pulled up the gun bar to occupy the top of the mountain, and finished the preparations. The rest is to produce products that are subject to review by the Ministry of Agriculture and the health department. Once there is no problem, they can be put into the market.

Qin Shiou went to No. 2 Fishery that day. Now No. 2 Fishery is completely different from the dilapidated ones he bought. First of all, the ocean has become cleaner, and secondly, there are many more houses on the shore, and they are all new houses.

In addition to the workshop, he also built two fishermen's apartments in the south of the fishing ground, leaving the small building for him and his confidants to live, and the feed workers lived in the fishermen's apartment.

In contrast, a large number of tall warehouses have been newly established in the north, and the construction is still under construction. The warehouses that are most in demand for fish feed factories are the warehouses. Dried seaweed, starch bone meal raw materials transported, and fish feed made all need to be sent to the warehouse.

On the sea, two seaweed fishing boats he hired were working rumblingly. Different areas were delineated on the beach, with giant algae crawling on it like winding snakes, densely packed and stunning.

The two seaweed fishing boats are of different models. He did not buy them, but hired them to use them first to see which one is better and then buy which one.

It is said to be a seaweed fishing boat, but it should actually become a kelp fishing boat. Kelp breeding is the most developed industry in Canada's seaweed aquaculture industry. Hundreds of thousands of tons of kelp flow into the world market every year.

One of these two ships is a flat-bottomed boat and the other is a conventional water droplet boat bottom. The propeller of the former is located at four corners of the bottom of the boat, while the latter is located at the stern like an ordinary boat.

The common point is that both ships have two sharp and super-long underwater cutting machines on both sides of the ship's side. At the stern, something similar to a slide can be placed. In this way, the cutting machine cuts off the giant algae from underwater. The giant algae floats under the action of the blade airbag, and then drags it onto the boat through the slide, and the work is over.

After arriving at the fishing ground, Qin Shiou released his consciousness of the sea god. He saw two ships working from two directions. The underwater cutting machine kept spinning. When it touched the large leaves and stems of the giant algae, it would be cut in half.

The airbags in the blades provide buoyancy, and the giant algae float up. They grab the huge leaves to the slide through the grabber and pull them up along the slide.

This has the advantage that the stems and leaves of giant algae collected will always be the stems and leaves, and will not harm its roots, protect its life from being affected, grow continuously, and provide continuous use of giant algae.

Qin Shiou looked at it and nodded, and the flat-bottomed salvage boat drove over. The crane worked to hang the giant algae like a hill to the beach, spread it out and welcomed the sunlight.

Seeing him coming, the sea monster who led the work jumped down and said, "Everything went smoothly. The giant algae here grew very well and attracted a lot of fishing catches. I guess what we found when fishing for giant algae?"

Qin Shiou smiled and said, "Are they some cod fish?"

The sea monster shook his head and squeezed mysteriously: "You will be surprised. It is indeed a school of fish, but not cod, but a black grouper in the Americas!"
